God gave the greatest demonstration of Love of all time when Christ died for us. Notice what the word of God says: “Christ died for us when we were still sinners,” dead to God, and doing everything we wanted to do against the will of God. God didn’t wait for us to change and become better. God is love. Love is the nature of God. All God knows how to do is love. The God-kind of love never changes and never ends. God loved us when we were sinners and desired our broken relationship with him to be restored. He loves us and paid the ultimate price to purchase us. He purchased us with the blood of his son, Jesus Christ, when we were guilty sinners. The ultimate demonstration of God’s love for us is the death of God’s innocent son for guilty mankind. We win because of Jesus Christ!

 

Prayer – Father, I thank you for demonstrating your love for me. I thank you for the sacrificial offering of your son Jesus Christ. I have a new life because of Jesus Christ. Amen!
