My true hero comes to my rescue, for the Lord alone is my Savior. What a feast of favor and bliss he gives his people! Pause in his presence

 

In movies, the hero comes and rescues someone from the villain. This is how it happens in the movies, but we have a real hero that has rescued us from the enemy. Jesus Christ is our real hero. He delivered us from the authority of the devil. He purchased our freedom with his blood. We were bound to sin and everything sin produced in our lives, but God sent his son, Jesus Christ, at the right time to rescue us.

 

We are free to live the amazingly good life Jesus purchased for us. We are living a new favor-filled life with God’s goodness. Everyday is a celebration! We win because Jesus Christ, the real hero, delivered us. Enjoy your new life in Christ Jesus!

 

Prayer – I thank you Father for my real hero, Jesus Christ. I am who you created me to be and I can do what you created me to do because Jesus Christ rescued me. Amen!
