Faith to Be Healed

Acts 14:9-10 TPT
He listened carefully to Paul as he preached. All of a sudden, Paul discerned that this man had faith in his heart to be healed. So he shouted, “You! In the name of our Lord Jesus, stand up on your feet!” The man instantly jumped to his feet, stood for the first time in his life, and walked!

The faith to be healed is in the heart of every born-again believer, but it must be activated. Many times believer’s are not sure if healing is the will of God for everyone, therefore, they will not act on the faith that is in their heart. In other words, their mind, or thinking, stops them from releasing faith in God to heal them.

If you are unsure about anything, you can’t release Faith to receive it. In fact, James says when we are double-minded we can’t receive anything from God. Healing is a good thing. Any parent wants their child well when they are sick. How much more does our loving father, God, want his children will? God is not a respecter of persons. He doesn’t love some of his children more than others. If you are sick, God’s will is for you to be healed now! Jesus Christ paid the price on the cross for you to be healed (Matthew 8:17, 1 Peter 2:24).

Paul was preaching the gospel and he saw this certain man had Faith to be healed, but he didn’t know how to release the faith in his heart. Notice Paul commanded him to stand up, or act on what he believed. When the man released his faith by acting on the word, he was healed.

Healing is the will of God for you today. You have faith in your heart to be healed. Release your faith to receive your healing now by saying what you believe: Father, I am confident healing is your will for me. I receive my healing now! I command my body to be healed now according to the word of the almighty God! I am healed now, in Jesus name!

Prayer – Thank you Father for healing me, in Jesus name!
