Refresh means to restore, strengthen, to freshen up to update, to restore or maintain by renewing supply, replenish, or to stimulate. We are spiritual new creations. Our new spirits are perfect like Jesus, but we have a soul and a body that are not.

 

In our souls we get weary and sometimes we need to be refreshed, restored, strengthened, and stimulated. This is why it is important that we position ourselves to hear the right words. Words from God that will build us up. Words to encourage us to win in life. Everyone will have opportunities to fall into a dark place in their soul, but God says he will refresh us and give us a renewed supply of encouragement.

 

The Holy Spirit within us will give us a refreshing as we stir ourselves up through decreeing the good things God says about us. God says we are healed! God says you are his friend! God says you are delivered! God said you can do all things through Christ! God said you always win!

 

Refresh yourself everyday by decreeing these and other precious truth about who you are.

 

 

Prayer – Thank you Father for giving me the ability to stay refreshed in my soul with the Holy Ghost and the word of God. I am refreshed, energized, and revitalized in my soul. Amen!
