Praying Together

Acts 3:1 KJV
Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour.

Peter and John went to the temple at a certain time to pray together. This is an important insight into the power of united prayer. Remember, Peter and John were disciples of Jesus Christ. They not only understood the Jewish law concerning prayer, but they had been taught how to pray by the master. I believe we should have planned times of praying together in our church and in our homes. I believe a consistent prayer life produces a victorious life. We win individually and as a family when we pray together. Thank God we can pray alone, but there is power in praying together. Peter and John were apostles handpicked, chosen, and trained by Jesus. They prayed together. Saints, let’s take time to pray together and see the supernatural power of God work in our lives.

Prayer – Father, I thank you for the privilege to pray and commune with you personally and I thank you for the privilege of praying together with my family and church family. Amen!
