Ephesians 4:23 NLT 

Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes.

 

We must allow Holy Spirit to give us a new way of thinking and a new attitude. This will be done as we consistently meditate on the word of God. The word of God is a living seed that will produce, in our lives, exactly what God says. God’s will is revealed to us in the scripture. God is good and will always give us good things.

In the word we discover who God says we are and all the benefits we received because of Jesus Christ. The more we meditate on the word, the more our minds are renewed to think like Jesus and have the winning attitude of Christ.

Unless we develop a new winning attitude, we will continue to think as we did before we were born again and we will continue to act, speak, and receive like we did pre-salvation. God wants us to receive his best in this life. Godliness is profitable in all things having promise in this life and the life to come. God wants us to display his love and goodness to others. We must have a new way of thinking and a new winning attitude to receive God’s best and win in life.

Meditate on the word until you have the mind of Christ in your daily thinking. Think like Christ Jesus on purpose.

 

Prayer – Father, I purpose to meditate on the word to change my old ways of thinking. I will think like Jesus and have the Victorious attitude of Christ. Amen!
