Day 90- It’s a New Day

2 Corinthians 5:17 nlt This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!

Yesterday is gone forever. This is a new day filled with opportunities to do great things. When you received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, by faith, you became a new creation. Your old sinful life is gone forever and you are a new creation. Sometimes that’s hard for believers to accept because they remember their past life.  I encourage you to accept What God Says in his word. God, in his word, says you are a brand new spiritual creation and that’s who you are!
Make a decision to believe what God says about you. Think like a new creation, speak like a new creation, and you will act like a new creation and win in life.

Drecree this: ” I am a new creation. My old life is gone forever. I live a new life United with Jesus Christ. Jesus lives in me and I live by faith in Jesus. I am a brand new spiritual creation.”

Prayer-  Father, I believe Jesus Christ paid the price for my sins. I am born again. I am a new creation in Christ. I thank you for what you did in my life. I am blessed and my life will never be the same because of Jesus Christ, my Lord!

Day 89-Jesus Christ, the First of Many Day

1 Corinthians 15:20 nlt But in fact, Christ has been raised from the dead. He is the first of a great harvest of all who have died.

Hallelujah! Jesus Christ is risen from the dead! The grave could not hold him. This brings joy and confident assurance us because we know God raised Jesus and he will raise us up with him. This is our blessed hope. Jesus is the first fruit to be raised from the dead. If there is a first fruit, there are other fruit. Hallelujah! We are the fruit, the rich harvest that Jesus produced by giving his life on the cross. We believe in him and we have his life in us. God raised him up and he will raise us up. As Jesus is, so are we in this world. We have eternal life (heaven) in our hearts. Thank God for the resurrection of Jesus Christ! Because he lives, we live also!

Prayer – Thank you Father for the resurrection of Jesus Christ. I am confident you will raise me and every believer on the Great Resurrection Day to be with you and my Lord Jesus Christ. My heart Overflows with Thanksgiving and praises to you!

88 -He is Alive

Luke 24:1-6 But very early on Sunday morning the women went to the tomb, taking the spices they had prepared. They found that the stone had been rolled away from the entrance. So they went in, but they didn’t find the body of the Lord Jesus. As they stood there puzzled, two men suddenly appeared to them, clothed in dazzling robes. The women were terrified and bowed with their faces to the ground. Then the men asked, “Why are you looking among the dead for someone who is alive? He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead! Remember what he told you back in Galilee…

He is alive! These are the words of Victory. These words prove Jesus was the Christ. The anointed one God was sent to save Mankind and reconciled us back to himself. If Jesus had not resurrected from the dead, he would have been just another Prophet. The Resurrection proves he is the son of God with all power (Romans 1: 34). Every believer with the same spirit that raised Jesus from the grave living in them is proof of Jesus resurrection. Jesus is alive! Death and hell have been defeated. We have a new life with Christ Jesus. Our status and residence has changed. We are not Sinners, but Saints of the most high God living in the Kingdom of Christ, seated with him in the Heavenly places at the right hand of God. We are blessed with all spiritual blessings in Heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Jesus is Alive! Hallelujah, our God reigns!

Prayer – Father, thank you for the death, burial, and Rrsurrection of my Lord, Jesus Christ. I live, move, and have my being in him. Thank you Jesus for giving me life. I love everyone in life because of you!

Day 87 – Love In Action (4)

Hebrews 12:2-4 tlb

Keep your eyes on Jesus, our leader and instructor. He was willing to die a shameful death on the cross because of the joy he knew would be his afterwards; and now he sits in the place of honor by the throne of God. 3 If you want to keep from becoming fainthearted and weary, think about his patience as sinful men did such terrible things to him. 4 After all, you have never yet struggled against sin and temptation until you sweat great drops of blood.

For the joy that was coming after his shameful death on the cross is the reason Jesus was willing to die. The joy was the great harvest of new born-again Believers. Jesus is the firstborn of many brothers and sisters. The cross was God’s love; that confused the enemy. The enemy thought he won when Jesus died, but God’s love was concealed in his wisdom. Jesus was the seed God planted in the Earth to receive a harvest of New Creations of people. A kernal of wheat must die and be planted to bring forth a harvest (John 12:24). Jesus loves us so much that he laid down his life so that we can live the life God planned for us from the beginning for Adam. Jesus suffered because he knew this was for our benefit. Love always does what is best for others. God loves us. He gave his son for us. Jesus loves us so much he endured a shameful, inhumane death for us. Hallelujah! We win in life because of Christ Jesus.

Prayer- Heavenly Father, I thank you for all you do for me. It is because your love, not because I deserve your goodness. I can never thank you enough for Jesus Christ: my Lord, Savior, King, Redeemer, healer, righteousness, peace, and Victory. He is my great I Am. I thank you Jesus for giving me life, living in me, and giving me Victory! Amen.

Day 86 – Love in Action (3)

Luke 7:11-15 Soon afterward Jesus went with his disciples to the village of Nain, and a large crowd followed him. A funeral procession was coming out as he approached the village gate. The young man who had died was a widow’s only son, and a large crowd from the village was with her. When the Lord saw her, his heart overflowed with compassion. “Don’t cry!” he said. Then he walked over to the coffin and touched it, and the bearers stopped. “Young man,” he said, “I tell you, get up.” Then the dead boy sat up and began to talk! And Jesus gave him back to his mother.

What an amazing Act of love Jesus demonstrated to this mother. We can only imagine the emotional pain she was experiencing because of the death of her only son. To compound the challenge, she was a widow and her son was the means of her financial well-being. Jesus saw her, felt her pain, and did what was necessary to change the situation from defeat to victory, from sorrow to Joy.

Jesus was moved with compassion to turn the widow’s mourning to dancing. This is what love does. Love considers others more important than themselves. Jesus was a “make everybody’s day a great day,” kind of person. God was in Christ Jesus loving hurting humanity.

In this life we will face challenges, but God loves us and he is aware of everything we go through. He is moved, as Jesus was for this Widow, to do something to turn your situation around. His love is always expressed in the acts he does for us. God is doing something right now for you to win in life. You may not be aware of it, but God is working it out because he loves you and wants you to proclaim his love to the hurting people in this world.

Hurting people are everywhere: in your family, at your workplace, your neighbors, at school, and everywhere we are. Take time to be a “make someone’s day a great day” person like Jesus. You are the one Jesus Christ can count on to spread his love to others.

Prayer- Father, you are amazing. I read your word and see how much you love us through the works Jesus did. I purpose to allow Jesus Christ, by the power of the Holy Spirit, to love through me. I see hurting people everyday and everywhere. Help me not to be so involved in my little world that I don’t take time to love others as you love me. Amen.

Day 85- Love In Action (2)

John 4:4 – 10 tlb

He had to go through Samaria on the way, 5-6 and around noon as he approached the village of Sychar, he came to Jacob’s Well, located on the parcel of ground Jacob gave to his son Joseph. Jesus was tired from the long walk in the hot sun and sat wearily beside the well. 7 Soon a Samaritan woman came to draw water, and Jesus asked her for a drink. 8 He was alone at the time as his disciples had gone into the village to buy some food. 9 The woman was surprised that a Jew would ask a “despised Samaritan” for anything—usually they wouldn’t even speak to them!—and she remarked about this to Jesus. 10 He replied, “If you only knew what a wonderful gift God has for you, and who I am, you would ask me for some living water!”

God is love, therefore, everything Jesus did was an expression of God’s love for us. Everyone is special and Dear to God. Regardless of the lifestyle a person is living, God loves them and desires for them to believe in Jesus Christ so that they may experience the good life Jesus purchased for them on the cross. In this segment of scripture, Jesus takes quality time to minister to a woman that was, by law, considered an outcast. This expression of love speaks volumes about the depth of God’s love for us. Regardless of what your past or present lifestyle is, God loves you. You can never go too far in sin that is beyond the reach of God’s love. It was necessary for Jesus to go to Samaria at this appointed time to minister God’s love to this lost and hurting woman. Christ lives in us and we are compelled by his love in us to do what he did for this special lady. We have received the love of God and we win in life because of his love working in us by the Holy Spirit and we are excited as Jesus was to share God’s love with others. Our love is a fact because our love is expressed through loving acts to others we know and don’t know. We love everyone as God loves.

Prayer – Father, I thank you for loving me, therefore, I gladly love others and desire everyone to receive your love through faith in Jesus Christ. Help me to always be conscious of expressing your love to others even when it may be difficult.

Day 84 – Love in Action

John 3:16-17 “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.

Jesus Christ was the manifestation of God in human form. In fact, his name Emmanuel means God with us. God is love, therefore, everything Jesus did was an expression of God’s love for mankind. The major demonstration of God’s love was Jesus dying on the cross for our sins. What an amazing Savior Jesus is! In the Old Covenant, they were required to offer an innocent lamb as a sacrifice for their sins. Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of that sacrifice for us under the New Covenant. He is our Lamb of God who died to take away the sins of the world. Everyone, regardless of what sinful acts we committed, if we choose to believe in Jesus Christ we are forgiven and receive eternal life.

Eternal life is the life of God. The quality of spiritual life that we received through faith in Jesus Christ. Eternal life is the winning life we receive because of Jesus Christ. God loves us so much that he gave his son, Jesus Christ. This is the greatest act of love this planet has ever experienced. What a mighty and loving God we worship!

Prayer- Father, I thank you for giving your son Jesus Christ to die for me. I believe and I thank you for giving me eternal life. I have your life, your nature, and your ability in my heart right now. In Jesus name, amen.

Day 83 – Real Love

1 John 4:10 This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.

When love is real it is demonstrated by real actions. God is love and his love for us was demonstrated by sending his son as a sacrifice to wash away our sins. This is the greatest act of Love ever demonstrated. We will be forever receiving from this act of love. God loves us and we win in life because of his love. We are forgiven, healed, delivered, and filled with his presence because of his love. When things are going wrong and challenges seems to be stacking up always remember, God loves you and he will do what is necessary, in righteousness, for you to win in life.

Prayer- Thank you Father for really loving me. Your love is always demonstrated to me by the wonderful things you do for me. I thank you for loving and caring for me.

Day 82 – Act Like Your Father & Your Brother

Ephesians 5:1-2 Imitate God, therefore, in everything you do, because you are his dear children. Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ. He loved us and offered himself as a sacrifice for us, a pleasing aroma to God.

God is our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ is our elder brother, therefore, we should conduct ourselves as they do. The word of God gives us The character, nature, and conduct of God, our father, and Jesus Christ our Lord and savior. When we are challenged we should act like them. What would God or Jesus do when they were challenge? what would Jesus do when he saw hurting people? We have the nature and life of God inside our hearts, therefore, we have the ability to act like God and to love unconditionally like Jesus. It is not always easy to act like God, but to win in life, we must. Jesus was always successful because he always imitated God. We will always succeed in our lives as we purpose to act like Jesus Christ and God our Father. You always win through your connection with Jesus Christ!

Prayer- Father, you and my Lord Jesus Christ are my example to pattern my life after. I thank you for the grace to imitate you as your child. I purpose to bring glory to you in all I do and say. Amen.

Day 81- Why Should You Praise God?

Ephesians 1:6-8 tlb Now all praise to God for his wonderful kindness to us and his favor that he has poured out upon us because we belong to his dearly loved Son. 7 So overflowing is his kindness toward us that he took away all our sins through the blood of his Son, by whom we are saved; 8 and he has showered down upon us the richness of his grace—for how well he understands us and knows what is best for us at all times.

You should praise God for his wonderful kindness to you. You should praise God for his favor he pours down on you because you belong to his son Jesus Christ. You should praise God because he took away all your sins with the blood of Jesus. If that’s not enough reason for you to praise God, there is another outstanding reason you should praise God. You should praise God because he has showered down on you the richness of his grace. This is the grace that you need to win and every situation. Yes, my friend,You have reasons to praise the Lord. In fact, you should praise him now! Hallelujah!

Prayer- Father, I thank you for your amazing blessings. I can never thank you and praise you enough for your manifold goodness. May praise and thanksgiving to you. Always be on my lips. Hallelujah!

Day 80 -Tell It!

Isaiah 63:7 I will tell of the Lord’s unfailing love. I will praise the Lord for all he has done. I will rejoice in his great goodness to Israel, which he has granted according to his mercy and love.

Has God done anything good for you? Have you experienced his mercy and Grace in your time of need? If your answer is yes, you need to rejoice and praise God for all he has done! When we win, we need to praise our Heavenly Father and tell others, “My God is good! He caused me to win again!” I am convinced people in the body of Christ need to see someone really rejoicing and praising our God because they are experiencing his loving-kindness and his great goodness. We are on the winning team and others need to hear and see the victory we have in Christ. Praise Him and rejoice in the great goodness he lavishly pours on you and your household.

Prayer- Heavenly Father, you are amazing! Your goodness to me is beyond description. You only do good to me and my heart is overflowing with praises to you as I think about you. Father, thank you for being my heavenly Father.

Day 79 – Always Thankful

1 Corinthians 1:4-5 tlb I can never stop thanking God for all the wonderful gifts he has given you, now that you are Christ’s: 5 he has enriched your whole life. He has helped you speak out for him and has given you a full understanding of the truth;

In this segment of scripture Apostle lets the Saints at Corinth know how he consistently thanked God for the wonderful gifts they have received through their Union with Christ. These wonderful gifts were not only for the Saints at Corinth, but is for us today. We are enriched in every area of our lives through our Union with Christ. Jesus Christ opened the door to all the goodness of God for us. God doesn’t want us to keep the news of his goodness to ourselves, but he has given us the grace necessary to speak on his behalf. We must be thankful for the winning life we have in Christ and tell others about God’s goodness. God is good all the time and all the time our God is good.

Prayer- Father, you are always good. You do only good and I am thankful for your unconditional love expressed in your goodness to me.

Day 78 – I Will Tell of His Greatness

Deuteronomy 32:3 Gnt I will praise the name of the Lord , and his people will tell of his greatness.

Sometimes I can’t hold it in. I must praise the almighty God for his amazing greatness. We should never allow people, neither circumstances stop us from praising the Lord. When we praise God others see and hear about the goodness of our God. We wear the blessings of God spiritually, but the blessings will produce physical manifestations. When we praise God for the physical manifestations of his promised goodness, we are telling others of his goodness. The world needs to see and hear about the goodness of our God. We don’t worship a dead idol God made by the hands of man. We worship the Living God that loves us and confirms his word. We win in life because our God honors his word and in our lives and we can’t help but tell others of his goodness. “Look what God has done,” is the common words of praise to our God for his uncommon goodness. Listen, our God is good and you better tell others of his greatness.

Prayer- Father, I thank you for your goodness. I will always praise you for your unusual uncommon goodness to me. I will tell others of your greatness everywhere I go. I will boast about your greatness!

Day 77- No More Procrastination

James 1:22 ERV
Do what God’s teaching says; don’t just listen and do nothing. When you only sit and listen, you are fooling yourselves.

I am sure you have experienced times when you put off doing something until later, or the next day. When later or the next day comes, we put it off again. Procrastination is a dream stopper and it stops us from moving forward toward success. Jesus Christ didn’t procrastinate about dying on the cross. We must get off the bandwagon of procrastination and get on board with the doers: those that have decided to make it happen. Those that know what to do and do it are the believers that win in life. Positionally in Christ every believer is a winner, but experientially in Christ those that win are doers of the word. Let’s purpose to not put off until later what we need to do today. Now is the day of salvation. Now it’s the day for you to succeed. Now is the time to rise up and do what is necessary for you to win in life. No more procrastination! Just do it and win in life.

Prayer- Father, forgive me for procrastinating. I purpose to be a doer of your word and not put off doing things that are necessary until later. I thank you for your grace to help me be a doer of your word and the things I need to do to win in life.

Day 76 – Somebody is Watching You

Colossians 4:5 AMP Conduct yourself with wisdom in your interactions with outsiders (non-believers), make the most of each opportunity [treating it as something precious].

What we say and do as representatives of Jesus Christ in the earth matters. We must be aware that the people in this world system is looking and listening to us. We must show them the reality of Jesus Christ, the character of Christ, and the power of Christ. We must not live loose lives, but live self-controlled lives. The fruit of the spirit is self control. God gave us the spirit of self-control. Every believer can live self-control lives. When we live self-control lives, those watching us will see the character of Jesus and open their heart to hear about him and desire to be a disciple of Jesus. Our purpose is to influence others to follow us as we follow Christ and win in life. Let’s remember, somebody is watching us. Let’s show them Jesus in what we say and do which makes us winners in life.

Prayer- Father, help me to be conscious of what I do and say. I want people to see Jesus in me. My desire is to influence others to be a disciple of Jesus. This is a priority in my life. Thank you for giving me the grace necessary to represent Jesus in what I say and what I do in a Godly manner.

Day 75 – Authority & Power

Luke 4:36 Amazed, the people exclaimed, “What authority and power this man’s words possess! Even evil spirits obey him, and they flee at his command!”

Jesus Christ spoke with authority and power when he addressed the devil, who afflicts people. The devil had to obey every time Jesus commanded him. Regardless of what the devil afflicted the people with, he had to obey the commands of Jesus. When Jesus commanded the devil to go, he had to obey. The word of God says Jesus has authority over everything in heaven, on Earth, and under the Earth. Whatever we do, we do in the name of Jesus therefore, we get the same response from the devil that Jesus did. We operate in the authority of Jesus. The devil is no match for us when we use the name of Jesus. We keep ourselves free from the enemy’s influence and we can free others in the mighty name of Jesus.

In the name of Jesus be free spirit, soul, and body and go win in life!

Shout: I am free in Jesus name!

Prayer- Father, thank you for the freedom I have in Christ Jesus. I am free from every dark ungodly thing from the devil. I am filled with God and the Holy Ghost. The devil cannot find anything in me! Hallelujah! Thank you Lord Jesus!

Day 74 – The Most Important Things

Acts 6:4 KJV But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.

Have you heard the saying, “Seems like there are not enough hours in a day”? I don’t know about you, but I can get busy with the business of life. Thank God for the Holy Spirit who puts me in check to make sure I do the most important things which are ministry of the word and consistently praying. These are the major keys to winning in every situation in our lives. The enemy loves for us to get so busy with the business of daily living that we cut back on our praying and devotion to the word. He would love for us to disconnect from our life source, but we have a helper who lives inside of us. The Holy Ghost puts us in remembrance of what the most important things are. We must purpose to never get too busy and break our lifestyle of reading and praying everyday. These are the most important things to win in life. A wordless and prayerless life is a life headed for destruction. Thank God we always win because we always devote quality time to the ministry of the word and prayer to our Heavenly Father.

Prayer- Father, I thank you for your word and the privilege of prayer. Help me to never get too busy with the affairs of life that I don’t pray and read your word. Thank you for every benefit and every promise in your word. I purpose to be more diligent in the things of God. I will read your word and pray more consistently than before. I will not skimp on the word of God and prayer another day in my life!

Day 73 – Power

Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Jesus gave his Apostles an amazing promise before he ascended back to our Heavenly Father. He told them they would receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon them. This Supernatural power would give them the supernatural ability to be an effective witness of him. If the Apostles needed the power of the Holy Spirit to be witnesses of Christ, so do we today. The greatest thing that can happen in life is to receive new life through faith in Christ Jesus. God doesn’t want us to keep this to ourselves. He gave us Holy Ghost power to go share the good news about Jesus Christ. God wants everyone to win in life and he gave us Supernatural power to be witnesses of Christ. Thank God for the mighty Holy Spirit who causes us to win in life and to be effective witnesses of our Lord, Jesus Christ. He lives and reigns over all!

Prayer – Father, thank you for the power of the Holy Ghost to enable me to boldly share the gospel. I purpose to share the good news of Jesus Christ in my home, workplace, and abroad. I am not ashamed of the Gospel. I am an anointed and appointed witness of Christ Jesus, my Lord. Amen!

Day 72 – Jesus Representatives

Colossians 3:17 And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the Father.

We are representing our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. What an amazing truth! This is a humbling thought. As great, flawless, faultless, and sinless as Jesus was he gives us the responsibility to represent him. Whatever we do we must be conscious of the fact we are representing Jesus Christ. We want others to know who Jesus is by what we say and what we do. Jesus loved people and did what was necessary for those he came in contact with to have a better quality of life. He went everywhere teaching and preaching about the kingdom of God and healing the sick. God has anointed us, in our generation, to do what Jesus did. We are his Representatives. We must go and do the work he did, as he did them. We want others to know we win in life because of Jesus. Let’s always be conscious of the fact that we are representing Jesus Christ to a lost world. Let’s let his light and his love shine from within us to others so they can win in life through Christ.

Prayer- Heavenly Father, thank you for saving me and giving me the assignment to represent Jesus in the Earth in everything I do. This is the most important assignment there is. I thank you for the grace necessary to represent Jesus Christ with excellence.

Day 71 – You Are Not Alone

2 Chronicles 32:8b We have the Lord our God to help us and to fight our battles for us!” Hezekiah’s words greatly encouraged the people.

I have good news for you! You are not alone. Whatever happens in your life, you are never alone. in the difficult times, my friend, I want you to know you are not fighting the battles by yourself. You have Divine assistance to help you win. The Lord your God will always help you fight and win in life. I am sure, like most Believers, you have experienced a time when you felt alone. You may have even cried out God where are you? Don’t let the enemy condemn you saying you don’t have faith in God. His strategy is to make you doubt God will do what he said. He wants to separate you from God. He knows through faith in God you will win every time. You are not alone even when you don’t feel or sense God’s presence. You can be confident as Hezekiah was. He was convinced the almighty God would help them in their battles. You can rest in faith also. God will help you win. The battle is not yours, but the Lord’s. Your Victory is his victory. Jesus Victory on the cross gave you the victory. You Are Not Alone, you win in Christ Jesus.

Prayer- Father, I thank you for being with me and causing me to win in life. I win because you are with me even when I am not aware of your presence. Thank you for your faithfulness to cause your word to be a reality in my life. I am a winner because you are always with me. Hallelujah!

Day 70 – Be Strong & Courageous

2 Chronicles 32:7 “Be strong and courageous! Don’t be afraid or discouraged because of the king of Assyria or his mighty army, for there is a power far greater on our side!

Listen, I understand you are being challenged. I understand it looks like everything is falling around you. Sure, the challenges are real, but hold on don’t give up on God. Don’t throw in the towel and accept defeat. You’ve got to be strong and courageous to win in life. I am not talking about strong and courageous in your ability, but the Lord’s grace of courage and strength. Yes, there is a grace of strength and courage the Lord will give you to stand when times are tough. Don’t be afraid of the enemy. Don’t be discouraged. The greater one lives in you and He will cause you to win. Don’t be moved by the roar of the enemy, hold your ground in faith. Be strong, be courageous, and you will receive the promise just like God said. There is a power that is in you that far supersedes anything the devil can bring against you. Now be strong and courageous and win in life through Christ Jesus!

Prayer- Father, forgive me for not always being courageous and strong. Sometimes I murmur and complain, but I purpose to be strong and courageous with the help of Holy Spirit. I know the devil is no match for you. Jesus defeated him over 2000 years ago for my benefit. I thank you for the strength to stand in faith and win in every area of my life!

Day 69 – I Will

Luke 5:12-13 In one of the villages, Jesus met a man with an advanced case of leprosy. When the man saw Jesus, he bowed with his face to the ground, begging to be healed. “Lord,” he said, “if you are willing, you can heal me and make me clean.” Jesus reached out and touched him. “I am willing,” he said. “Be healed!” And instantly the leprosy disappeared.

Thank God for the answer Jesus gave the leper in the passage of scripture. We can be sure that it is God’s will to turn every negative situation around in our lives. Jesus Christ is the same today as he was then. If he said to the leper “I will,” he is saying “I will,” to us today. If you are challenged with a physical infirmity, Jesus says “I will,” for you to be healed. If you are challenged with depression, oppression, or financial lack, Jesus says “I will for you to be delivered.” Faith is based on the word of God. You can be confident it is the will of God to turn every challenge around in your life to an amazing Victory. Let these two simple but profound words “I will” be imprinted in your mind. When you are challenged say, “Jesus said ‘I will turn the situation around for you to win in life.'” You always win in life in Christ Jesus.

Prayer- Father, I thank you for always wanting me to receive your best. I thank you for giving me everything in Christ Jesus to win in life. It is your will for me to prosper and be in good health even as my soul prospers.

Day 68 – Pray Until…

Matthew 26:44 So he went to pray a third time, saying the same things again.

I am sure you have experienced times when you needed to be absolutely sure about God’s will or you were in a difficult situation and you needed God’s assurance concerning what to do. Jesus was tempted in everything we experience therefore, we can see what he did in difficulties. In this setting, Jesus prayed until he received what he needed to do God’s Will. In our society everything is fast. Fast food is the trend. In the kingdom of God things are different, God has already done everything for us through Jesus Christ, but there are times we must position ourselves by waiting on God in prayer to discern his voice. Jesus prayed three times saying the same thing before he had the answer settled in his heart. We must follow this pattern to win in life. When you are in difficult situations, pray until you receive your answer. The answer is God’s winning instruction for you. Don’t be anxious and don’t be worried. Pray until you receive your answer to win in life.

Prayer- Father, I know you know what’s best for me; you are alpha and omega. When I don’t know what to do I can pray to you and I am confident you will lead and instruct me. I thank you for always being with me in every situation.

Day 67- Time to Stand Up!

John 5:8 Jesus told him, “Stand up, pick up your mat, and walk!”

I don’t know what you are going through or what you are being challenged with, but Jesus is telling you what he told that gentleman at the pool, to stand up. Yes, it’s time for you to stand up and reposition yourself to recieve the goodness of God. Sometimes we become content with the not enough and just enough, but Jesus died for us to receive the more than enough. It’s time for you to stand up from sickness and receive divine health. Stand up from depression and receive the peace of God. Stand up from poverty and lack and receive financial prosperity. Stand up, get up, and receive God’s best! No longer will you stay in that same old position. Jesus is saying there is more that you can have and much more you can do, but you have to stand up and go for it! Move towards your dreams! Move to fulfill your purpose! There is more in you that others need. Stand up and win in life through Christ Jesus.

Prayer- Heavenly Father, I thank you for your word and every instruction. I will stand up and reposition myself to receive your best. I am blessed by you to bless others, therefore, I will stand up and do everything you created me to do. In the great name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

Day 66 – Ambassadors For Christ

2 Corinthians 5:20 So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!”

Every believer is an ambassador for Christ Jesus. An Ambassador is someone sent to one country to represent the country sending them. We are sent from the kingdom of God to represent Jesus to this world. We have an assignment to tell them the good news about our King, Jesus. We invite them to become citizens of our kingdom. We have good news to proclaim to everyone in this world that is not in the Kingdom of Christ Jesus. People from other countries desire to come to America because of the freedom and opportunities available. Everyone desires a good life. The good news we proclaim to the citizens of this world is, Jesus Christ, our King, invites them to become a citizen of his kingdom. A kingdom filled with the goodness of the almighty God. As ambassadors, we have the greatest assignment and represent the greatest Kingdom there is. We are winners because of Jesus and we desire others to win in life therefore, we boldly proclaim the good news about our King, Jesus.

Prayer- Father, I thank you for giving me this great assignment of being an ambassador, representing you and Jesus Christ in the Earth. I realize this assignment is greater than what I can do in my natural ability. I thank you for the Holy Spirit helping me to fulfill my assignment in excellence. I will proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ to the citizens of this world.

Day 65 – A Better Covenant

Hebrews 8:6 But now Jesus, our High Priest, has been given a ministry that is far superior to the old priesthood, for he is the one who mediates for us a far better covenant with God, based on better promises.

The Old Covenant was good, filled with conditional blessings from the almighty God. We read about some things God did for his people under the old Covenant, but the New Covenant is far better and is established on far better promises. The Old Covenant was filled with types and shadows of the New Covenant. The Old Covenant pointed us to Jesus, but in the New Covenant we have the real deal. Jesus Christ, the son of God, has come and we are recipients of all the benefits he purchased for us through his death, burial, and Resurrection. We enjoy a new relationship with God. We have a new life! We are forgiven, we are healed, and we have the precious Holy Spirit living in us. We are blessed with all spiritual blessings in Christ Jesus. We lack nothing, under the New Covenant, to live an amazing winning life. The old Covenant was good, but we live under the New Covenant ratified with the blood of Jesus. The New Covenant is far better than the old Covenant. We always win in every area of our lives in the New Covenant. Bye-bye old. Hallelujah the New Covenant is here!

Prayer – Thank you Father for the New Covenant Jesus established for me with his blood. I thank you for all the benefits that are mine. Father, open the eyes of my understanding to comprehend the riches of the New Covenant; that I may appropriate the blessings in my life and in the lives of others. In Jesus name.

Day 64 – Confidence in God

Hebrews 10:35 So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you!

Sometimes it may look like the word isn’t working. Sometimes it may look like things are getting worse instead of improving. We must refuse to allow what things look and feel like control us. Remember, we live by faith and not by our senses. We must not allow the negative circumstances to influence us to lose our confident trust in the almighty God. Notice, Apostle Paul encourages us to not give in to the temptation of throwing away our confidence in God because there is a great reward if we remain confident. If we don’t lose confidence in God fulfilling his word, we will receive the promise. Our confidence in God doing exactly what he said in his word, makes the winning life a reality. Don’t be moved by your senses. Purpose to remain confident in our God. He cannot lie. He will do what he said! He said you always win! Hallelujah!

Prayer- Father, I thank you for your precious written word. I purpose to not be moved by the natural realm. My confidence is in you and I know you will honor your word in my life. Your word will produce in my life. I thank you for giving me the same confident trust in you, that Jesus had. Amen.

Day 63 – What Love Doesn’t Do

Romans 13:10 Love does no wrong to others, so love fulfills the requirements of God’s law.

The love of God or the God kind of love never does anything that will harm others. The God kind of love always thinks about ways to love others. We don’t have to pray about loving others; the word instructs us to love everyone. Love is displayed in what we say and do. When we do and say things that will hurt others, we are not demonstrating the God kind of love. Love does no wrong to others. Loving like this is the lifestyle we must embrace to win in life. Whatever you are doing that is not demonstrating God’s love STOP and change to be the lover you are created to be and win in life through love.

Prayer- Father, forgive me for not always demonstrating your loved to others. You are love and you have given me the ability to love others as you do. Help me to release the love of Jesus Christ that is within my heart to others in my home, at my workplace, and everywhere I go.

Day 62 – Doing Exploits

Daniel 11:32b KJV but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.

They that know God will be strong and do amazing things. The Holy Spirit empowers us to do things that are beyond our limited abilities. This is one of the many benefits we receive through our relationship with the almighty God. We will do great things, or should I say, God will do great things through us. What are the great things we will do? Whatever Godly things need to be done for you to win in life and through you for others to win. Knowing God is the key. Because you know him you have confidence in him to do exactly what he says. What he says is your instructions to win in life. You will do amazing things because you know your God.

Prayer- I am extremely blessed and honored Father to know you. I thank you for this amazing Father son/daughter relationship I have with you. Now you live in me and you can do great things for me to bring glory to yourself. In Jesus mighty name I pray.

Day 61 – No Blood, No Forgiveness

Hebrews 9:22b For without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness.

Under the law of the Old Covenant, the blood of innocent animals were required to receive temporary pardon for sins. Thank God for the New Covenant! No longer are we required to continually offer the blood of animals to cover our sins, but we have the righteous true blood of Jesus Christ that was poured out for us. Our sins are not temporarily covered, but permanently removed. We have perfect forgiveness for our past sins because of the blood of Jesus Christ. Because of the blood of Jesus Christ we are forgiven, we are righteous, we have eternal life, and the precious Holy Spirit lives in us. Hallelujah! Thank God for the precious blood of the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ. Without the shedding of his blood we would still be sinners separated from the almighty God. No blood, no forgiveness. Jesus shed his blood and all Is forgiven; that is the good news. We are forgiven and can win in life because of the blood of Jesus.

Prayer- Father, I thank you for the shed blood of Jesus Christ and all the benefits I received by faith. For sickness I have health and for poverty I have wealth because Jesus ransomed me with his blood. Hallelujah!

Day 60 -Getting Unstuck

James 1:5-6 NLT If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking. 6 But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind.

Have you ever been in a situation and you didn’t know what to do? I am sure you have. Everyone have moments in life when they are unsure about something. These are times when we are stuck in the valley of indecision. This is not a comfortable place to be. Knowing what to do gives us a sense of security. Thank God we don’t have to remain in this state indefinitely; we can get unstuck. The word tells us when we don’t know what to do we can ask God for wisdom. The key is to ask in faith. When we ask God in Faith for wisdom, when we are stuck, we can be confident he will give us the wisdom we need. Perhaps you are in the valley of indecision now and you are stuck but you need to move. Ask God for wisdom and he will give you the wisdom you need to get unstuck and win in life.

Prayer- Father, I ask you for wisdom concerning my present situation. You instructed me to ask for wisdom and you will give it to me. Therefore, I thank you for Godly wisdom to get me unstuck and I will know what to do, in Jesus name!

Day 59 – Call on Him

Acts 2:21 But everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’

Romans 10:13 For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

God is not a respecter of people; he doesn’t have favorites. He is love and he loves all of us equally, but expresses it differently. You can never do anything so bad that God will refuse to hear your call to him, with a sincere heart, in your time of need. Everyone that calls on the name of Jesus shall be saved, not rejected. Sinners can call on the name of Jesus and he will save them. Saints can call on the wonderful name of Jesus and he will save them.
Jesus is amazing! His name speaks of who he is. When we call on his name, we invoke his presence; all he is, all he has, and all he can do. When you are being challenged, call on him. If you are being challenged with sickness, call on him and he will save you from this work of the enemy. Remember this, everyone who calls on the name of Jesus will be saved. You have a guarantee you will win. Rejoice, you will win in the midst of every storm in life because all you have to do is call on Jesus!

Prayer- Father, I thank you for the great promises you gave for me. I can call on the name of Jesus and I will be saved. I will rest in faith on your precious word. My soul is anchored knowing all I have to do is call on the name of Jesus Christ and I will be saved! Hallelujah!

Day 58 – The Same Jesus!

Acts 1:11 “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why are you standing here staring into heaven? Jesus has been taken from you into heaven, but someday he will return from heaven in the same way you saw him go!”

Wow! Sometimes I have to catch myself, I become so now minded that I forget the main goal of my salvation. God saved us with an eternal purpose in mind. The physical life we are experiencing, regardless of how good or challenging, cannot be compared to the Glorious presence of our Lord Jesus Christ when he returns. Yes, Jesus is coming back. The same Jesus that Peter, James, John, Thomas, and the other Apostles saw taken into heaven, is coming back. This is our blessed expectation. This will be the completion of our faith, when Jesus returns. We don’t want to be so Earthly minded that we forget the most important benefit of our Union with Christ. God wanted people for himself. Not a temporary relationship with us, but Jesus came to restore us back to a righteous relationship with God and one day this same Jesus is coming back to take us away to be with our Lord and our God. We win in this life because of Jesus and we win big in the life to come. Rejoice! The same Jesus is coming back soon!

Prayer- Father, forgive me for being overly consumed with this temporary life. Help me to focus on the main thing. Teach me to have a consciousness about Jesus coming back. Many times I am troubled, anxious, worried, and fearful because I am focused on this life and not on the life to come. I purpose to set my mind on the things above where Jesus, my Lord, is seated at the right hand of the Father. It’s in his name and for his glory I pray, Amen.

Day 57 – I Said Rejoice!

Philippians 4:4 KJV Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.

Apostle Paul, during the time he was in prison, gave us a major key to winning in tough times. Paul said y’all better rejoice and he said it twice to give emphasis on the importance. Rejoice and again I say rejoice. This is what you must purpose to do. Yes, purpose to do, or do this on purpose. You must rejoice when it looks like you are not going to win. You must rejoice when the winds of the storms in this life are howling. You must rejoice when you have been disappointed by someone you had confidence in and they let you down. You must rejoice when there is pain in your body (healing is now). You must rejoice in every situation and again I say rejoice, and win in life.

Shout: I rejoice in the Lord, Jesus Christ, my Lord and my savior!

Prayer – Father, I am filled with your joy. I will purpose to always rejoice in every situation. I Rejoice because I am confident you are turning every negative situation in my life around.

Day 56- No More Beggin!

Psalm 37:25

Once I was young, and now I am old. Yet I have never seen the godly abandoned or their children begging for bread. (NLT)

I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. (KJV)

What an amazing psalm. This is a great word from God for every generation. God never abandons his righteous people; they and their children will never have to beg for the necessities of life. This psalm is God’s word for poverty and lack. When the enemy comes to tempt you with poverty and lack you shout this great word back to him! When he says you are always going to be poor, you are always going to be broke, you shout, “I am a child of God and his children will never be beggars! I will never have to beg for bread in my life! God said it and it is so! It is exactly like that in my life!”
Shut the lying mouth of the devil with the truth of God’s word. Say what you believe and believe what you say. You are not and never will be a beggar. You are a righteous child of God created to win in life.

Prayer – I am a righteous child of God and I lack no good thing necessary for a good life. I am not a beggar because my Heavenly Father owns everything and he will never abandon me! Thank you Father for your eternal goodness you give to me.

Day 55- The Heart of God

John 3:16 kjv For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

The heart of God is love for people. In fact, Jesus said God loved the world (people) so much he gave his son to pay the ultimate sacrifice in order for us to be put in right relationship with him. God created everything for man, not man for everything. This beautiful Earth is God’s gift to mankind. God loves everyone and he doesn’t delight in the death of his people neither the sufferings. He sent his son, Jesus Christ, to open the door for us to return back to him. Regardless of what challenges confront you, always remember the heart of God is love and he loves some you! You will always win because God, your heavenly father, is the creator of everything and he loves you. Believe this and experience the winning life, filled with God’s love.

Prayer- I thank you Father for loving me so much that you gave your son to die for my sins. Your heart is love for people and every good thing that I have received and will receive is based on your love for me. Thank you for loving me when I fail and when I succeed. Your love never changes. In Jesus’ name, amen!

Day 54 – Not lucky, Blessed!

Numbers 23:20b God has blessed, and I cannot reverse it!

Many times people say to us, you are so lucky, when something good happens. I remember when I received a new car and a friend said, you are the most luckiest preacher I know. Of course I didn’t want to offend him, but in my heart I said, I’m not lucky, I’m blessed. In the kingdom of God we are blessed, not lucky. Luck is a game of chance, blessed is a sure thing. We are blessed of the most high God. Whoever God blesses is blessed and it cannot be reversed. Jesus Christ cut a covenant of blessing for us. He is our sure thing. He is the guarantee that we will always win. He is our blessing. The amazing things we receive is not because we are lucky, it’s because we are blessed of the most high God. Yes yes yes! We win in life because we are blessed. Luck is not in our DNA. Your DNA reads BLESSED!

Prayer- Father, I thank you for blessing me. I am not lucky, I am blessed by my God and Father.

Day 53 – Jesus Wept

John 11:35 KJV Jesus Wept

Isn’t it amazing that Jesus is touched by the things we are challenged with? Sometimes we think that God isn’t really concerned about what is going on in our lives. Jesus was touched by the pain Lazarus’ family experienced when he died. Jesus is touched by everything, small and great, that you are experiencing; you are not alone. You do not serve a God that doesn’t care about what you are going through. Jesus feels your pain and is moved to do something about your situation. He will do whatever is necessary for you to win in life.

Prayer- Father, you are concerned about everything that concerns me. I am assured in your word that you really care about what is going on in my life. Thank you for letting me know that I am on your heart and you will do whatever is necessary for me to win in life. In Jesus name.

Day 52 – Force of Love

1 Corinthians 13:13 NLT Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love.

God is love. The love of God is in our hearts by the Holy Spirit. Every born anew believer has the unique ability to love unconditionally as God does. Love is the strongest force in the Earth today. If you want to manifest outwardly the winning life that is within you, purpose to walk in love towards everyone. This is not easy because of the attitude of people, but we can do it. We must not allow ourselves to yield to the temptations to do thing that does not display the God kind of love. Whatever we sow, we will reap. We want to reap the Harvest that produces the amazingly good life Jesus purchased for us. To do this, we must purpose to walk in love even when it’s difficult. God loves you, therefore you can love others as God loves you. This is a major key to the winning lifestyle: love others in word and deed and win in life.

Prayer- Heavenly Father, I thank you for loving me unconditionally and giving me the grace to love others. Help me to grow in walking in love towards everyone especially the family of God. This is my desire to love others father, as you love me. Amen.

Day 51 – A Mighty God – Jesus Christ

Acts 2:22 nlt “People of Israel, listen! God publicly endorsed Jesus the Nazarene by doing powerful miracles, wonders, and signs through him, as you well know.

Jesus was God manifested in human form. Notice what the holy spirit says: Jesus, a man. Jesus was all God and all man. As a man, he was anointed by God with Holy Spirit to do mighty signs and wonders. He destroyed the works of the devil in the lives of all people. There’s a man in heaven that defeated the devil for our benefit. We are healed, forgiven, delivered, and filled with the presence of God because of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is our mighty God who defeated the devil for us. He demonstrated he was greater than any force of evil as he went about doing good: healing all that were oppressed of the devil. The life of victory we are experiencing is because of the mighty Jesus Christ, our champion. We win in life because of Jesus!

Prayer- Jesus Christ is our victorious King. Father, thank you for Jesus, my Lord and my savior. He is greater than anything the enemy can ever bring against me. You did mighty signs through Jesus then and I thank you for doing them through me now. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Day 50 – Bye Bye Old Life

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, 10 or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people—none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God.11 Some of you were once like that. But you were cleansed; you were made holy; you were made right with God by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

Everyone has the sinful adamic nature until we are born again (spiritual regeneration) through faith in Jesus Christ. We sinned and did ungodly things because of our nature, but now we have a new nature; the old sinful nature is gone. We have a new nature, not the old nature that is better. We are brand new; a new creation in Christ. The old sinful life has passed away. You said bye bye to the old you and hello to the new you. You used to do the ungodly things that those in the world do, but now you are in the kingdom of God and of Christ. You now have the seed (or life) of Christ in you because the want to do the ungodly things is no longer there. You may remember the so-called “fun,” you had and your flesh may desire those old things, but in your new created spirit there is a desire to please God. The want to sin with no convictions is gone. Hallelujah! You are free from the power of sin in your life. You are a new creation. You are reborn to win in life. Bye bye to the old, welcome to the new you that always win in Christ Jesus.

Prayer- Father, I can’t thank you enough for your forgivness. I know I was a sinner, bound to death and Hell, but you gave your son Jesus to die as my substitute. It should have been me on that cross, but because of your love for me you allowed your son, Jesus, to take my place on the cross. He was innocent and I was a guilty sinner, but now, because of him, I am a new creation. I thank you for your grace that made me a new creation with a heart desire to please you. Father, I boldly say bye-bye to the old sinful ways and hello to the new godly winning life!

Day 49 -Shout with A Voice of Victory

Psalm 47:1 O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.

Hallelujah! Great is our God! He reigns above everything and everyone. We are his children and he has given us his best so that we can win all the time. Sure, we will go through test and challenges, but we will win. There is something common about winners: they always display a joyful attitude. They jump, shout, and run around; this is what we should do. We are winners therefore, we should shout with a voice of Victory. We don’t have a reason to complain in our union with Christ. We will reign and always win in life! We believe the word of God. God says we are going to win and that is exactly how it is. We don’t have to wait to see the physical outcome to shout. We can shout right now! We are victors! Let’s let everyone know we win by shouting with a voice of Victory, before people, unto our God. When the pressures of life come and you feel like you are being squeezed, let out and shout of victory: I always win in Christ! This will release the pressure and bring the power of God on the scene to do whatever is necessary for you to win. Listen, you are a winner, not a loser. You can shout with a voice of victory to our God!

Prayer- Father, I thank you for giving me the victory in Christ. I owe my life to him. Through his shed blood I have been washed and made acceptable to you. Your words declare I always win therefore, I can shout with the voice of Victory! Thank you for a winning life in Christ!

Day 48 – Time of Favor

Proverbs 8:35 NIV For those who find me find life and receive favor from the Lord.

This is the time of favor from the almighty God. You can expect unusual uncommon favor everyday. You don’t have to earn this favor, it is a gift from God. Jesus purchased this uncommon favor for you with his precious blood. This favor is available to you in every situation. Tap into your gift of favor by faith. Decree you have favor every day and expect it. Expect financial favor: promotions, bonuses, inheritance, lost money found, raises etc. Get ready to receive the amazing blessings of favor. Jesus did it, you receive it and enjoy the winning life of favor.

Prayer – Father, I thank you for your uncommon favor. I am blessed above all the people who do not know you. I have your grace and favor that causes me to win in every area of my life. Thank you sir for blessing me to win in life.

Day 47 – I am as He is

1 John 4:17b KJV …because as he is, so are we in this world.

Christ living in our heart is the greatest reality of the New Covenant. We can do what Jesus did and live like Jesus lived because he lives in us and gave us his ability. Actually, it is Jesus expressing God’s will through us today, as he demonstrated God’s will when he was in the earth. Jesus went everywhere destroying the works of the devil in people’s lives. We have the same assignment today. Many times we are so involved with our personal lives that we fail to understand God’s big picture. The works of the devil are destroyed in our lives because of the life of Christ in us. We can go proclaim the word of freedom in Christ to this lost world. This is what Jesus did. As he is so are we in this world right now. Jesus was a winner in life therefore, we win in life because the winner lives in us. Hallelujah!

Prayer- Father, what an amazing gift you have given me. Christ living in me is the greatest gift anyone can receive. Thank you for empowering me to win in life because Christ lives in me. I am a winner and never a loser. Thank you Father for a life of victory in Christ!

Day 46 – Jesus Never Changes

Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

It is great to know that Jesus Christ doesn’t change. He doesn’t have good days and bad days. He doesn’t have days when he is frustrated with us and refuses to help us in our time of need. What Jesus did in the past he is still doing now. He healed the sick in the past and he is healing the sick now. He comforted and encouraged people in the past and he is doing that today, because he will never change. Jesus always did the will of God; his Father and our Father. God’s will for us has never changed. He blessed us from the beginning (Genesis 1:28) and he still blesses us today (Ephesians 1:30). We are not worshiping a different God than Abraham, Jesus, and the early church. We are worshiping the same miracle-working God that blesses his people to live a good life. When you are being challenged remember, the same Jesus that delivered his disciples in the storm will deliver you from your storms in this life. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. You win in life today because of Jesus Christ your lord. Hallelujah!

Prayer – I pray with a heart of thanksgiving Father, for you always been consistent in my life. Everything else may change, but you are consistent. You never change. You are always good. You are my healer, my deliverer, my peace, my protector, my director, and my provider. I thank you for being this and more to me. Amen.

Day 45 – A New Kingdom

Luke 17:21 kjv Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Jesus Christ is Lord of all and King of kings. One of the reasons he came was to introduce mankind to a new kingdom. A kingdom that is not external and led by man, but an invisible spiritual Kingdom residing in the heart of everyone who receives him as Lord and Savior. The kingdom Jesus spoke about was a kingdom of love residing in the hearts of it’s citizens. Jesus is the king and all of the citizens are subject to his government. We reign in this life because the kingdom of God is greater than any natural kingdom on Earth. You are born into this Kingdom when you are born again. The kingdom of God is not outside, but inside of you. The king lives in you. You don’t have to look around for your power source. All the power and authority you need is from the King and his kingdom within you. You win because you are a king’s kid. You are a citizen of a new kingdom. This kingdom of God, that is within your heart, gives you the supernatural ability to win in life.

Prayer – Heavenly Father, I thank you for giving me the right and the privilege to be your son. I am a King’s kids and I enjoy all the benefits of being a son and a citizen of the kingdom of God. To you be the glory for all that you have done and will do for me. Amen!

Day 44 – God is Good

James 1:17 Whatever is good and perfect is a gift coming down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow.

God is good and he only gives us what is good and beneficial for us to win in life. Don’t ever confuse the negative challenges that confront you as a work of God. No! A thousand times no! God is a good God and he will only give you good things. God sent Jesus Christ to seal the deal. He wants you to have a rich, rewarding, and abundant life (John 10:10). Resist the negative things such as sickness, poverty, depression, and strife; that comes from the devil. These are not good things therefore, they cannot be from our God who is love. If it’s not good, it’s not from God. God wants you to have the mindset of the psalmist when he says, the Lord is my shepherd I shall not want any good thing to live a good Godly life. Receive God’s best by faith and nothing less. Live the winning lifestyle every day of your life.

Prayer – Father, you are good and you will give me only that which is good and beneficial for my life. I thank you for always being there for me. You always give me and do for me what I need to win in life. I am truly grateful for your never-ending goodness.

Day 43 – Freedom

John 8:36 So if the Son sets you free, you are truly free.

True freedom is not gained through government legislation or any man authored ideas. True Freedom begins within your spirit with a true heartfelt relationship with Jesus Christ. Will you receive true freedom as a gift from God, by faith in Jesus Christ. This freedom is not superficial neither is it based on certain conditions. The freedom we received in Christ Jesus is internal and passes all human understanding. As it is written, if the son sets you free, you are really free. Free to live the good life God planned for you. You are no longer bound to anything. You are free in Christ to win in life!

Prayer – Father, I thank you for freeing me Spirit, soul, and body from everything I was bound to in my past. I am free in Christ to receive an amazingly great life of loving you and loving others.

Day 42 – What’s On Your Mind

Philippians 4:8 And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.

It’s been said whatever we think on will eventually produce actions, and actions will produce results. We were created by God to win in life therefore, we must make sure we flood our minds with the word of God. Paul wanted to make sure the Church of Philippi was thinking kingdom thoughts. He told them what to think on. The enemy desires to flood your mind with thoughts of failure, defeat, vengeance, and all the negative dark things of this world system. Refuse to meditate on lies the devil will introduce to your mind… change the thought by thinking on things that are true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, & noble. Think about things that are worthy of praise and your thoughts will produce the actions that will result in you receiving the winning lifestyle God wants you to enjoy.

Prayer – I thank you Father for your word.I purpose to allow your word to govern my thoughts. I pray Holy Spirit flood my mind with Godly thoughts throughout the day.

Day 41 – Don’t Give Up

Galatians 6:9 So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.

I’m sure you have been tempted to give up and quit doing something that you are instructed to do in God’s word. That little voice in your head telling you to quit: “It doesn’t work. You are doing all this for nothing. Look, you are still sick. You are still financially broke,” or something like that. I am sure you know what I am talking about. Thank God for his word! God knew we would be tempted to give up and quit therefore, in advance, he told us don’t be weary, give up, and quit in your well doing because you are going to reap an amazing harvest. Anytime you sow a seed you know the harvest is greater than the seed. The devil knows this and wants you to stop before you receive your guaranteed harvest. Purpose in your heart to never be moved by what you see and feel. It might look like the harvest is not coming, but God said you are going to receive an amazing harvest from the good seeds you are sowing. God cannot lie. You can expect it. It will be just like God says. Your harvest time has come, for you will win everyday!

Prayer- Father, I thank you for your precious written words. Your word encourages me to continue sowing my seeds of time, talent, and treasure for the benefit of your kingdom. I thank you for the amazing Harvest you have guaranteed I will receive. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ I pray.

Day 40 – Wealthy in the Lord

Deuteronomy 8:18 GW but remember the Lord your God is the one who makes you wealthy. He’s confirming the promise which he swore to your ancestors. It’s still in effect today.

Deuteronomy 8:18 KJV But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his Covenant, which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.

In Christ Jesus we receive everything necessary to have an amazing life now. Sure, there will be challenges, but God will always lead us in the path for victory. We are going to win. We are not only going to win in the spiritual realm, but the victory in the spirit realm will cause us to win and be successful in the natural world we live in. God gives us the ability to receive wealth, but we must remember God is the source. When you begin to prosper financially always remember it was the goodness of the almighty God, your father, making you wealthy to confirm his Covenant in your life and in your generation. The Covenant consisted of more than financial prosperity, but financial prosperity was a major part of the Abrahamic Covenant. God wants us financially free from this world’s system, therefore, he gives us the grace to receive his wealth. The covenant of wealth is still in effect today. Perhaps you are experiencing financial challenges, but remember God gives you ability to get wealth. God has a financial plan for success for you. Ask him to reveal his plan to you and act on what he says then you will receive the wealth of God. He is the one who is endeavoring to make you wealthy as a confirmation that he is a covenant keeping God. Listen, obey, and received the winning life!

Prayer – Father, I thank you for the covenant of wealth. You give me power to get wealth to confirm your covenant. Direct me in the area of financial prosperity. Based on your word it is your will that I have a financially prosperous life. Teach me how to prosper and lead me in the way of prosperity for my life. I covenant with you and I will use the wealth for your glory, to support your kingdom, and bless others as you direct me. Thank you for making me wealthy in Christ Jesus to live and win in life.

Daily Prayer Agenda:
  1. Pray for three people (family members, friends, co-workers) for 40 days.
  2. Pray for a wave of God’s glory, truth, love, mercy, and repentance in our church, the Golden Triangle, Southeast Texas, and our nation.
  3. Pray for your personal direction, needs and desires

Day 39 -Shake up the World

Acts 4:31 KJV And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.

Prayer is a mighty spiritual weapon that can shake up your world. Prayer gives God the legal right to participate in your life. When God gets involved, he changes the situation in your favor. When you pray God’s will be done, the plans of the devil is disrupted. There is nothing too hard for the Lord. Pray earnestly in faith and you will see the power of God shaking up your world. Things will begin to change. When there is an earthquake things are shaken and rearranged. This is what prayer does. Prayer rearranges your life to be what God desires it to be. The plan of the devil is shaken up and your life after the shaking is just like God said. Yes, my friend, there is power released when you pray. When you pray you shake up your world. Everything that binds you is shaking off. Your life is rearranged and you are living the winning life God planned for you. Shake up your world with prayer!

Prayer – How blessed I am Father to have this mighty weapon of prayer. I am confident you hear me when I pray your will and because you hear me I have what I ask for. Thank you for getting involved in my life. When the enemy attacks I use my weapon of prayer and you’re mighty power shakes up my world and I experience your goodness in reality.

Day 38 – Take It Back

Matthew 11:12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.

It is time for you to rise up in faith and take back whatever you lost in the past. You may have failed, at something that was very important to you, and you lost your self-esteem. You may feel discouraged, but you are not a failure. You are a blessed child of God. It is your day to take back your self-esteem. David lost everything and his entire Army turned on him (1 Samuel 30:6), but he did not have a pity party, he took his Joy back. He encouraged himself in the Lord! It is time for you to take back your joy, your peace, and your prosperity by faith. It is not over! You may have missed it, you may have made bad decisions, but you are a child of God and God loves you with an everlasting love. It’s time for you to take back, by faith, all the benefits Jesus purchased for you with his blood. You have the faith of Jesus Christ in your heart. Release that faith and take back what belongs to you and win in life! You need to boldly decree: I am taking all the New Covenant blessings back right now!

Day 37 – Friends of God

Romans 5:11 NLT So now we can rejoice in our wonderful new relationship with God because our Lord Jesus Christ has made us friends of God.

Hallelujah! We can rejoice because we have a new relationship with God. We are no longer sinners. Sure, we might sin, but we are not sinners. We are friends of the almighty God. This is an amazing truth. This is good news! I believe the main quest of man’s existence has been trying to please God. Every religion has a way or ways to please the god they worship. We no longer have to be concerned with this. We have the answer. Through faith in Jesus Christ we have a new relationship with God. We are friends of God. Abraham was a covenant friend of God. We are Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise (Galatians 3:29). We have all the Covenant rights, benefits, and privileges that are enjoyed only by the friends of God. You are not a poor old sinner because of your faith in the Cross of Christ. You are a new creation with a new relationship with God. You are a friend of God ordained to win in life.

Prayer- Father, what a privilege and an honor to be a friend of God. I am no longer a sinner, I have received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and I have a new relationship with you. You are my heavenly Father and I am your friend. Thank you Father for your amazing goodness. In Jesus name I pray!

Day 36- Say So!

Scripture Mediation:
Psalms 107:2 Let the redeemed of the Lord say so Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy,

Text – If God has done something good for you, say so! You are redeemed from the curse of the law by the blood of Jesus. Spiritual death, sickness, and poverty are in your past. You are redeemed (purchased; chosen; freed). This is something to boast about. Tell everyone! Be excited! Join in with the psalmist and say so! Say what good things God has done for you. Say in your home. Say in your place of employment. Say when we gather at church. It cost God the life of his son to redeem you. You are that valuable to God therefore, you need to fire up your vocal cords and boldly say that you are redeemed and you have an amazing new life in union with Christ. Say that you always win! Say that you are blessed! Say that you have divine health! Say that you have kingdom wealth! You are redeemed my friend, and you better say so! Live the winning life in Christ!

Day 35 – Come to The Throne of Grace

Hebrews 4:15 -16 NIV For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. 16 Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

Text – What an amazing invitation God gives us. Jesus Christ, our great high priest, has made it possible for us to approach God with confidence. We don’t have to fear being rejected. God, our heavenly Father, invites us to come to him; don’t run away from him when we experience challenges. Sometimes we feel condemned, unworthy, and ashamed when we sin (miss the mark) and we turn away from God. God loves us unconditionally and invites us to come to him in every situation. Notice his throne is a throne of Grace (unearned favor); the favor that we receive because of Jesus Christ. When we come with confidence to God’s throne of favor, we will find mercy, forgiveness, compassion, grace, and favor to help us in our time of need. What a mighty and good God we serve. Whenever you are challenged or miss the mark don’t turn away from God, your father, but come to him with a heart of assurance that you will receive mercy and grace to help you succeed. You always win in Christ!

Prayer – Father, I thank you for your mercy and Grace there are times when I miss the mark and do or say something that is not Christ-like. Help me to overcome these things. I thank you for always receiving me and hearing my prayers. I thank you for giving me mercy and grace every time I come to you. This gives me confidence as I continue to grow in Christ-likeness. I purpose to always draw closer to you in every situation. Thank you for always hearing me, receiving me, and blessing me with grace to win in life.

Day 34 – Seated with Jesus

Scripture Meditation:
Ephesians 2:6 For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus.

Colossians 3:11 In this new life, it doesn’t matter if you are a Jew or a Gentile,[a]circumcised or uncircumcised, barbaric, uncivilized,[b] slave, or free. Christ is all that matters, and he lives in all of us.

Text – We have a new position! We are seated with Jesus Christ at the right hand of the Father. The right hand is the place of authority and privileges. We are seated in this special place right now with Jesus positionally, but in reality we live in the world system. When Jesus was in the earth he was seated, ruling, and reigning in the earth. He was seated, meaning he was resting in his spirit in faith. He knew who he was and he was not moved by the natural realm. He had authority over the powers of darkness and everything in the natural realm. We are seated, resting in faith in Jesus Christ in our spirit and dominating the natural realm. We operate in the authority of Jesus Christ. The results Jesus got when he functioned in his authority we received the same result when we operate in his authority. We are seated with Jesus Christ in this special position of authority and privilege. We are really blessed by the most high God.

Prayer – Father regardless of my sinful past you have received me, forgave me, and seated me at your right hand with Jesus Christ. I can never thank you enough for all the goodness you have given me. I thank you for giving me the right and ability to rain and be in control of my life in union with Jesus Christ. Father open the eyes of my understanding so that I can see this new position and function more perfectly in this truth. I am positioned to win in life!

Day 33 – Amazing Grace

Scripture Meditation:
Ephesians 2:8 God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.

2 Corinthians 12:9 Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.

Text – Grace is commonly defined as unmerited favor of God to mankind; God’s riches at the expense of Christ Jesus dying on the cross. Grace is a free gift from God. If we do something or work for a blessing from God, it’s not Grace. Grace is what we received by faith based on the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Everything the first Adam lost in the original sin, Jesus regained for us. We do not have to work to receive what Jesus purchased for us. We receive these amazing blessings by faith. We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus. Salvation is a Grace (gift) from God we received by faith. All the benefits: righteousness, healing, and prosperity are gifts from God that we received by faith. The Apostle Paul was in many tough situations and he prayed to God to deliver him, but God told him he wasn’t going to remove the challenge, but would give him the grace (God’s ability) to be victorious in spite of the challenge. Paul understood when he was weak in his Humanity, God would empower him with a Grace of strength to win in life. This is good news to us today. We are saved by grace and we don’t have to keep the law neither do something to earn the blessings Jesus purchased for us. They are free! Hallelujah! All we have to do is believe and receive them. When we are in difficult situations we can do as Apostle Paul: gladly and quickly admit we need God’s help and receive the Amazing Grace of God to help us in our times of weakness. God’s grace (favor, blessings, gifts) Empower us to win in life.

Prayer – Father, I thank you for your grace. Everything I will receive from you is a gift Jesus purchased for me. By grace I am saved and all the other blessings are freely given to me; they are gifts from you to me. I believe Jesus died for my sins and for all that Adam lost to be restored to me. I thank you for the blessed life I received by faith in Jesus Christ, Amen!

Day 32 – The Real Reality

Scripture Meditation:

John 14:16 And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby), to be with you forever—

Text – What is your reality? Is your reality what you see on TV? Is your reality what you see all around you? Perhaps you have received a negative report from the doctor or any other negative thing that contradicts what God says in his word… is that your reality? Jesus said he was going to leave us another comforter (helper), Holy Spirit, who is the spirit of Truth. The word truth means reality. I believe Jesus was instructing the disciples concerning the mystery of the Holy Spirit. Jesus was everything to his disciples. They lacked nothing. He delivered them from storms and provided everything necessary for them to be successful. Before he checked out to return to heaven to sit at the right hand of the Father, he was encouraging his disciples concerning their life post Jesus. He wanted them to know their reality of victory was going to be the same after he was gone. Holy Spirit would be to them as he was. Regardless of the challenge, Holy Spirit would make their reality be what God said in his word. The Holy Spirit is the spirit of reality. He is endeavoring to make your reality, the benefits Jesus purchased for you on the cross. Sickness is not your reality, but divine health is the reality Holy Spirit reveals is your kingdom inheritance. Poverty is not your reality. Jesus became poor (2 Corinthians 8:9) so that you can be rich. Holy spirit is helping you to make wealth and riches your reality. Don’t settle for anything that is not God’s will for you. Yield to the Holy Spirit, let him help you make God’s word your reality. A life of peace, joy, victory, success, and prosperity is what God planned to be your reality. Don’t accept anything less than God’s best you have Holy Spirit, the spirit of reality, living in you. Let him help you make your reality what God desires it to be. Success guaranteed! Keep winning!

Prayer – Father, I thank you for Holy Spirit. He lives in my heart and I thank you for giving me divine help. The Holy Spirit is the spirit of reality. Help me learn how to yield to him so that my life can be the reality you promised in the word. I purpose to receive nothing but your best so that you may be glorified in me and through me. My desire is for others to see your goodness in operation in my life. Help me to make your word my reality in every area of my life. I win because of Jesus! Amen.

Day 31 – Everything You Need to Succeed

Scripture Meditation:

Colossians 2:10 tlb …so you have everything when you have Christ, and you are filled with God through your union with Christ. He is the highest Ruler, with authority over every other power.

2 Peter 1:3 tlb For as you know him better, he will give you, through his great power, everything you need for living a truly good life: he even shares his own glory and his own goodness with us!

Text – I have good news for you! There is nothing else you need in your union with Christ to succeed. You don’t have to ask God for any more power or a greater anointing to help you succeed and win in life. You are complete in Christ Jesus. You do not lack anything to live a successful Godly life right now! You don’t need to pray and ask God to give you something you already have. You have God’s divine nature. If you have his nature you have everything pertaining to life and godliness. My friend, God has already given you everything you need to succeed in your heart. Christ lives in you. You have the nature and the spiritual DNA of God your Father. Instead of asking God to give you more of him as a means to succeed, thank God for giving you everything you need to succeed right now!

Say it: God has blessed me with everything I need to succeed! He has given me his spirit. I have his nature. I am complete, lacking nothing, in my union with Christ Jesus. I am a winner and never a loser! I am blessed and never cursed! I am who God says I am and I can do everything he says I can do. I have everything I need to succeed!

Prayer – This is the day the Lord has made and I am rejoicing for all the benefits my heavenly father has given me in my union with Christ. Father. I am so thankful for you giving me your divine nature and all the promises that I have in Christ Jesus. I thank you for making me complete in Christ. Father, because of Jesus I lack nothing in my life to win. I have everything I need to succeed. Hallelujah!

Day 30 – Untouchable

Scripture Meditation:

Psalms 91 TLB

We live within the shadow of the Almighty, sheltered by the God who is above all gods. 2 This I declare, that he alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I am trusting him. 3 For he rescues you from every trap and protects you from the fatal plague. 4 He will shield you with his wings! They will shelter you. His faithful promises are your armor. 5 Now you don’t need to be afraid of the dark anymore, nor fear the dangers of the day; 6 nor dread the plagues of darkness, nor disasters in the morning. 7 Though a thousand fall at my side, though ten thousand are dying around me, the evil will not touch me. 8 I will see how the wicked are punished, but I will not share it. 9 For Jehovah is my refuge! I choose the God above all gods to shelter me. 10 How then can evil overtake me or any plague come near? 11 For he orders his angels to protect you wherever you go. 12 They will steady you with their hands to keep you from stumbling against the rocks on the trail. 13 You can safely meet a lion or step on poisonous snakes, yes, even trample them beneath your feet! 14 For the Lord says, “Because he loves me, I will rescue him; I will make him great because he trusts in my name. 15 When he calls on me, I will answer; I will be with him in trouble and rescue him and honor him. 16 I will satisfy him with a full life and give him my salvation.”

Luke 10:19 NLT
Look, I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy, and you can walk among snakes and scorpions and crush them. Nothing will injure you.

Text – This is an amazing song filled with God’s promise of protection and a long good life. In the Old Testament the Patriots had types and shadows of the Messiah, Jesus Christ. In the New Covenant, we have the reality. Jesus Christ is our secret place. Jesus Christ is our place of safety. He is our protection and with his stripes we are healed from every disease. Jesus is our Jehovah Rapha: the Lord our healer. We don’t have to fear the enemy, he can’t touch us. We are protected and secure in our Union with Jesus Christ. The Old Covenant was great, but the New Covenant is far better than the old because we enjoy the reality of Jesus Christ. The enemy could not touch Jesus Christ therefore, he cannot touch us. He can roar, try and put sickness, disease, and poverty on us, but we don’t listen to his Roar neither do we allow sickness and disease to camp out in our body. We know Jesus Christ paid the price for us to be free from the authority of the devil and nothing can harm us in Christ Jesus (Luke 10:19). In our union with Christ Jesus, we are untouchable. Enjoy a long, good life in Christ. You are untouchable!

Prayer – Thank you Father for the security I have in Jesus Christ. I am protected, I have Divine health, and you satisfy me with a good, long, and prosperous life. What a great God and savior you are. For sickness I have divine health, for poverty I have Kingdom wealth because of my union with Christ. I thank you Father for your never-ending goodness to me. In the wonderful name of Jesus Christ my savior!

Day 29 – Seed Power

Scripture Meditation:
John 12:24 I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat is planted in the soil and dies, it remains alone. But its death will produce many new kernels—a plentiful harvest of new lives.

Mark 4:26-29 Jesus also said, “The Kingdom of God is like a farmer who scatters seed on the ground. 27 Night and day, while he’s asleep or awake, the seed sprouts and grows, but he does not understand how it happens.28 The earth produces the crops on its own. First a leaf blade pushes through, then the heads of wheat are formed, and finally the grain ripens. 29 And as soon as the grain is ready, the farmer comes and harvests it with a sickle, for the harvest time has come.”

Text – The law of the seed is one of the greatest laws in the Kingdom. Everything in the kingdom is based on the law of the seed. In fact, Jesus is the seed God sowed for us to receive eternal life. The seed principle is so powerful that the devil could not stop the seed of Jesus Christ from producing a mega Harvest. God desired a harvest of people for himself… people that will love him and worship Him by choice. To receive the harvest of Christ-like people, he sowed Jesus Christ as a seed. Everything you need is in the seed, but you must sow your seed to receive your desired harvest. The devil could not stop the seed principle from working with Jesus, and he cannot stop your seed from producing your Harvest. There is unlimited power in your seed! It will produce! The farmer sows a seed and is confident he will receive a harvest. You will never be in need when you sow your seed because the harvest is guaranteed. Hallelujah!

Prayer Father, I thank you for sowing your son, Jesus Christ, so that I can have eternal life. Help me to understand the seed principle better. I desire to have more to give to others in need. I desire to be a channel that you can use to bless others. Thank you for giving me seed to sow and a great harvest from every seed I sow in Jesus name!

Day 28 – Confidence

Scripture Meditation:
Philippians 4:13 For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.

Text – The dictionary defines confidence as: a feeling or belief you can do something well or succeed at something; a feeling of being certain that something will happen or that something is true; a feeling or belief that someone is good or has the ability to succeed at something. We must be confident in God and have confidence in the ability that God gives us. We can do everything that God created us to do. We can achieve our biggest dreams and do all the great things God called us to do. The difference between the success of believers and the success of unbelievers is God’s ability empowers the believe to achieve their dreams and goals. We don’t have to depend on our limited ability and resources… our confidence is in God! God’s grace of Holy Spirit strength, enables us to succeed. We can do all things through Christ, who gives us the strength to succeed! Believe you can and you will. Believe you can’t and you won’t. Have confidence in God doing what he says and confidence that you can do what he says. Confidence is a winning ingredient that you have. Go win!

Prayer – Father, my confidence is in you. I purpose to trust you. You are not a man that you will lie; you always honor your word. Thank you for giving me confidence in myself and helping me to understand I can do it. I can do whatever dream, vision, or assignment based on the inner strength you give me. I can successfully stand against the tests and challenges in this life because you strengthen me. Thank you Father for always causing me to win. I’m confident I will succeed today in every way.

Daily Prayer Agenda:
  1. Pray for three people (family members, friends, co-workers) for 40 days.
  2. Pray for a wave of God’s glory, truth, love, mercy, and repentance in our church, the Golden Triangle, Southeast Texas, and our nation.

Day 27 – Praying to Receive

Scripture Meditation
1 John 5:14-15 And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him. 15 And since we know he hears us when we make our requests, we also know that he will give us what we ask for.

Text – God has given us the secret to praying to him and always receiving what we ask for. This is amazing! I don’t know about you, but I thought we prayed and God decided whether he was going to give us what we asked him for or not. The word of God says if I pray according to the will of God, God hears me every time and he will give me what I asked him for every time. God loves us and he desires for every one of his children to experience his best. God is not trying to hold his goodness from us. We will always receive a big yes from God when we pray his will. Not a maybe so, never no, but always yes when we pray his will. God’s will for us is given to us in his word. Find what God says he desires for you to have, in the word, and pray according to the promise. God, who cannot lie, said he will always hear you and say yes to your request. What a great God and an amazing prayer promise. I win through Christ Jesus!

Prayer – Thank you Father for always hearing my request when I pray your will and for giving me reassurance that you will grant me my request. Help me to know your will in every area of my life. I will live the great, amazing life you desire for me… the life Jesus purchased for me, as I pray your will. I will always win because I will pray your will and you will hear me and grant me my request. Hallelujah!

Day 26 – Singing in the Spirit

Scripture Meditation:
Ephesians 5:18-19 Don’t be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, be filled with the Holy Spirit, 19 singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves, and making music to the Lord in your hearts.

Colossians 3:16 …Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts.

Text –If you are going through a difficult situation, sing a song. If it looks like everything is falling apart, sing a spiritual song. If you received a negative medical report, sing a song in the spirit. Singing in the spirit is singing songs that are inspired by the Holy Ghost at that particular time. Instead of having a pity party in a tough situation, open your mouth and begin to sing on purpose. The Holy Spirit will take hold with you. Two dynamic things happen when you are filled with Holy Spirit and begin singing in the spirit. First, you have a change of focus. You are no longer thinking about the problem, but you are singing joyful Spirit led songs about the greatness and goodness of God. The second dynamic thing that happens is the spiritual power of God is released to turn the situation around. Paul and Barnabas were locked in a jail unjustly. At midnight they didn’t begin complaining, they begin praising God in the spirit and God delivered them from this seemingly impossible situation. If you are going through a midnight (tough situation), don’t complain, begin to sing in the spirit. Yield to the Holy Ghost and release the power of God to supernaturally change the situation. Stay filled with the spirit by singing Psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs.

Prayer – Thank you Father for filling me with the Holy Spirit. I purpose to stay filled with the spirit, singing songs unto the Lord. Help me never to complain or have a pity party, but to praise you in the midnight situations.

Day 25 Praise the Lord!

Psalm 150:2, 6 TLB Praise him for his mighty works. Praise his unequaled greatness. 6 Let everything alive give praises to the Lord! You praise him! Hallelujah!

Hallelujah! Praise the Lord for his greatness and for his uncommon favor! It is amazing how the Holy Ghost inspired the psalmist to write the book of Psalms. Notice that the first song begin with blessed is the man and the last song end with praise the Lord. I believe God is telling us we are blessed of the most high God therefore, we should praise him. Our God is the almighty God creator of the Heaven and the Earth. The beauty of creation speaks of the Majesty of God; things we take for granted because they have always been, but no one but our God can create such an awesome planet. Sure, there are all kinds of difficulties on this Earth. This is because of the heart condition of mankind. Apart from the evil that man does on Earth, to one another, and the environment this is a beautiful Earth God created for us to enjoy! God created everything and gave this beautiful Earth to Adam. All is ours (1 Corinthians 3:21).

Sometimes we need to be comforted and encouraged. Take a moment and look at the beauty of creation and think about the Creator. He must be an awesome God. Then praise him for his immeasurable greatness and goodness. Hallelujah!

Prayer – Hallelujah! I praise you Father for the great and mighty God you are. When I look around and see the awesomeness of your creation, I can’t help but praise you. I thank you for every good thing you do for me. It is your will for me to have a great life enjoying this amazing Creation you created for me. Help me to never take the beauty of your creation for granted, but to always think of you and burst out with a praise the Lord! As the song says, let everything that lives praise the Lord. Hallelujah I Praise You Lord!

Day 24 – A Life of Praise

Scripture Meditation:
Genesis 29:35 Once again Leah became pregnant and gave birth to another son. She named him Judah, for she said, “Now I will praise the Lord!” And then she stopped having children.

Hebrew 13:15 Therefore, let us offer through Jesus a continual sacrifice of praise to God, proclaiming our allegiance to his name.

Text – Jesus is the lion of the tribe of Judah. Judah means praise. The word of God says the devil is like a roaring lion. The devil can only roar to try and make us fear, but Jesus Christ, the real lion, defeated him for us. Jesus is crowned the champion! He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. We praise the Lord, our God, for all he has done for us. When we are in difficult situations, we offer praise as a sacrifice to God. We praise God in the storms because we have his promise of sure victory. God says we are going to win. If you are in a tough spot, praise God on purpose. Jesus, the lion of the tribe of Judah (praise), has defeated the devil for you. Don’t be moved by the devil’s roar… roar back at him with praise to our God!

Prayer – Father, sometimes I listen to the fake roar of the enemy, I begin to fear and my faith is affected. I pray you strengthen me to stand strong and not to be moved by the lying roars of the devil. I will not listen to the devil’s roar, but I will praise the Lord for all the good he has done for me. Thank you Father for my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I win in Christ!

Day 23 – Overcomer

1 John 5:4-5 For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith. 5 And who can win this battle against the world? Only those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God.

Text – We know people, including ourselves, that struggle with trying to overcome something that they desire to stop doing. In our strength, apart from the help of the almighty God, we may never be successful in overcoming the things we want to master. Thank God we don’t have to overcome the challenge we face alone. We have faith in Jesus Christ. Jesus is our world overcomer. We overcome everything because of our faith in Jesus Christ. In difficult temptations or test we always win because Jesus defeated the enemy for us. When you are challenged, remember you will overcome because Jesus gives you the inner strength to overcome every challenge, test, trial, sickness, disease, poverty, strife, and all the other challenges. You win in every situation!

Prayer – Father, I thank you for giving me the grace of faith in Jesus Christ to win in life. I am a world overcomer because Jesus defeated the devil for me to win in life. I always win because of Jesus Christ my champion.

Day 22 – Working Like Jesus

Scripture Meditation:
John 14:12 “I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father.

Acts 10:38 And you know that God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. Then Jesus went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.

Text – Wow! What a statement Jesus made, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done. I don’t know about you, but this is challenging and encouraging to me. It is challenging when I think about the amazing things Jesus did and he said if I believe I can do what he did. It encourages me for him to see me on his level. To do what he did I must be as he is. We see ourselves through the eyes of our flesh not as Jesus sees us. We limit ourselves based on our human weaknesses and strengths, but God sees us through the potential we received from him when we were born again. When Jesus said believers can do the works he did, he was not saying we can do the works of healing the sick, casting out demonic forces, preaching and teaching the gospel in our human ability, but that we would be empowered by the Holy Spirit to do these dynamic works. Jesus was anointed by God with Holy Spirit to do the works he did. We are commissioned by God to do the works Jesus did therefore, God has anointed us with the Holy Ghost and power to do good and heal all that are oppressed of the devil. Hallelujah!

Prayer – Father, I thank you for empowering me to do the works Jesus did. I realize I cannot do these great supernatural works in my limited human ability. I thank you for anointing me with the Holy Ghost to preach the gospel, heal the sick, and set people free from the bondages of the devil. Help me to always stay conscious of my Godly purpose and to boldly minister to hurting people. Father, use me to minister your love and your life to someone today.

Day 21 – Serving is Rewarding

Scripture Meditation:

Colossians 3:23 – 24 Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward, and that the Master you are serving is Christ

Philippians 2:8-9 tlb And he humbled himself even further, going so far as actually to die a criminal’s death on a cross. 9 Yet it was because of this that God raised him up to the heights of heaven and gave him a name which is above every other name…

Text – All of us have seen someone doing something grudgingly. In fact, that someone was the person we see when we look in the mirror. At home, at our workplace, and even at the holy church house we are asked to do things that we would rather not do. As believers we have the ability and the great example of how to keep these negative emotions under control. Jesus didn’t want to go to the cross in his humanity, but he brought his emotions and will in subjection to the will of God. You and I are not asked to die a humiliating death on a cross as Jesus did. We need to consider Jesus and the cross when we are asked or required to do something. We need to serve cheerfully even when it is sacrificially because we are serving as if we were serving our Lord, who gave his life for us. We may not receive the rewards of fame and fortune for serving from men, but God rewards us for the things we do in his name. Remember, when we are serving always serve with the same attitude you would if you were serving the Lord because the real reward comes from him.

Prayer – I am a servant of the most high God. Jesus is my Lord. Whatever I do, I do it as if I was serving the Lord Jesus Christ. I do not serve expecting fame, fortune, and applause from men. I serve with a heart of love for God and my God will reward me accordingly. Thank you Father for every opportunity you give me to serve. I serve cheerfully and joyfully as unto the Lord.

Day 20 – Servanthood

Scripture Meditation:

Matthew 20:27 and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave.

John 13:12-15 After washing their feet, he put on his robe again and sat down and asked, “Do you understand what I was doing? 13 You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and you are right, because that’s what I am. 14 And since I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you ought to wash each other’s feet. 15 I have given you an example to follow. Do as I have done to you.

Text – It never cease to amaze me the difference between the kingdom of God and the kingdom of this world system. For instance, in the world system the greatest most important people are the ones that are being served, but in the kingdom of God Jesus said the greatest individuals are those that serve others. Wow! What a paradox. We are great in the eyes of God when we serve others. In fact, Jesus demonstrated this in the three and a half years he taught and trained his disciples. Even though Jesus was the Messiah (God manifested in human form) he ministered as a servant to hurting humanity. Jesus is our example of what it takes to be great in the kingdom of God. The key word is servanthood. The attitude of a servant is a winning attitude and it makes us great in the eyes of God.

Prayer – I thank you Father for Jesus Christ giving his life so that I can have a new life. Even though he is Lord, Savior, King of Kings, and God manifested in human form he acted as a servant for my benefit. Help me to serve with the same heart that Jesus demonstrated. Help me not to think I am above serving in any capacity: in my church, at my home, and throughout my community. In Jesus name I pray!

Day 19 – Delighting in the Lord!

Scripture Meditation:
Psalm 37:4 Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires.

Psalm 100:2 Worship the Lord with gladness. Come before him, singing with joy.

Text -What Joy it is in living a Godly life! Sure, there are persecutions, challenges, and all kinds of opposition from the enemy, but we are not moved by these things. We must purpose to never fall into the demonic trap of confessing how hard it is to live for God. No! A thousand times no! The way of the transgressor is hard (Proverbs 13:5). It is a delight serving God from our hearts. Delight actually means being yielded to God. When we yeild to God and follow his instructions we receive the desires of our heart. We serve the Lord with gladness and singing because we know that we will win. It may not look like it, but God’s decree is we always win! Therefore, we serve God with a joyful heart. Shout: It’s a delight in serving God!

Prayer – Father, I delight myself in you. What an honor and a privilege it is to be in the family of God. I am blessed, with all the saints throughout the earth, to have the right to say you are my Father. Thank you for saving me and giving me the right to be your child.

Day 18 – Pride

Proverbs 16:18 NLT Pride goes before destruction, and haughtiness before a fall.

1 Peter 5:5 In the same way, you who are younger must accept the authority of the elders. And all of you, dress yourselves in humility as you relate to one another, for “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.”

TextA proud puffed up spiritual attitude is never pleasing to God. The proud attitude is: I can do this without the help of God. The word lets us know it is foolish to say there is no God. Many times as believers we fail to get God involved in our lives unless there is a crisis or we have no other alternative. We go through our daily lives without really getting God involved. This is a form of pride. In essence, we are saying God I can do this. This is the attitude that will cause us to be defeated. We are guaranteed to fail unless we humble ourselves and admit we need God to help us win in life. God is against the proud, but he gives more grace to the humble. Let’s wave the white flag of surrendering to God.

Prayer – Heavenly Father, I have tried to do things in my own strength without really getting you involved. I have said I need you to help, but I did not wait for your instructions. I ask you to forgive me. Starting now, I surrender my will to you. Father, I need you to help me be the very best me, you created me to be. Help me Father to always be conscious of my dependence on you. When I am tempted to act apart from you, put me in check before I act. Thank you for loving me, forgiving me, and helping me to win in life.

Day 17 – Humility

Scripture Meditation:
James 4:10 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up in honor.

Proverbs 22:4 True humility and fear of the Lord lead to riches, honor, and long life.

Acts 20:19 I have done the Lord’s work humbly and with many tears. I have endured the trials that came to me from the plots of the Jews.

Text – Humility is a Godly virtue. When we humble ourselves before God, we receive and obey his instructions regardless of how we feel, think, and what others may say. Humility is an inner attitude of our heart to work God. In this world system we are bombarded with temptations that go against the word of God. The humble heart is a heart that is bowed down and reverential obedience to God and his word. The results for the humble believer or exaltation, added Grace, riches, and honor. We must display the same humility Jesus Christ and Apostle Paul demonstrated. Paul said he serve God with all humility; let that be our ministry code of ethics.

Prayer – Father, you are the almighty God and I reverence you for who you are. I humble myself before you with a holy awe. You are great and mighty and all that I am and every righteous thing I will accomplish, is because of you. I acknowledge I need your help in every area of my life. I am confident that you will raise me up to achieve everything you created me to do. My strength comes from you, my God and my Father. Thank you for giving me the strength to always win in life.

Day 16 – Decreeing Faith

Scripture Meditation:

Mark 11 22-23 KJV And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. 23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

Romans 10:9 – 10 If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved.

Luke 17:6 The Lord answered, “If you had faith even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘May you be uprooted and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you!

Text– Faith is a scriptural force that must be released from our inner man. God is a spirit and he established the Earth and everything in it by his spoken word; this is a word ordained planet. God created everything with the spoken word and we create our world based on the words we speak in faith. To release the faith of God in your heart you must decree it or boldly speak what you believe. Notice what God says, when we say with our mouths what we believe in our hearts it will come to pass. Faith comes by hearing the word of God. We must position ourselves to hear the word consistently for Faith to be alive (revelation) in our heart. When faith is alive in your heart and you speak what you believe, it will be just like you believed and decreed! Hallelujah!

Prayer – Father, thank you for the faith of Jesus Christ in my heart. As I pray and fast, give me more light and revelation from your word that I can have faith in my heart to speak to the mountains in my life and the lives of others.

Day 15- Walking By Faith

Scripture Meditation:
2 Corinthians 5:7 For we live by believing and not by seeing.

2 Corinthians 4:18 kjv While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

Text – There’s a natural human faith and there is revelation knowledge Faith. Natural human faith is based on our natural senses: we believe based on what is real to our senses. Revelation knowledge faith is of the spirit realm based on God’s word: it is not based on feelings, emotions, seeing, or any other natural sense realm reality. Revelation knowledge faith is based on the revealed word of God. When we have a revelation, given to us by Holy Spirit, from God’s word and we act on God’s word, God will bring his word to pass every time. Walking by faith is walking based on a revelation from God’s word.

Prayer – Father, I thank you for your precious word. Your word gives me instructions and informs me of who you say I am, what you say I can do, and what you say I can have. I choose to allow your word to govern my life. I will not be moved by my senses. I will only be moved by God’s word. I live by faith not by sight. Thank you Father for this amazing life of Faith. By faith I receive your best in every area of my life.

Day 14 – Believe God

Scripture Meditation:

Mark 9:23 “What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.”

Hebrews 11:6 And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.

Luke 1:45 You are blessed because you believed that the Lord would do what he said.”

Text – There’s a difference between believing in God and believing God. Many people believe in God, but they do not believe God will do exactly what he said he will do in his word. They do not believe he is a rewarder of those who earnestly seek him. All things are possible to believers who believe God. Not that we must do it, but we believe God will do it because he said it in his word. We must make a conscious decision to believe God, not only believe in God. When we do this we will experience the amazing benefits Jesus purchased for us with his blood.

Prayer – I am a believer not a doubter! I believe God exists and that he will reward me because I earnestly seek him. I believe God will perform his word in my life. I believe God and His word therefore, I will live the amazing Supernatural life that only God can do for me. I believe and God performs his word in my life everyday!

Day 13 – Forgiving Others

Scripture Mediation
Mark 11:25
But when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against, so that your Father in heaven will forgive your sins, too.

Ephesians 4:32
Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.

Luke 17 3-4

“…If another believer sins, rebuke that person; then if there is repentance, forgive. 4 Even if that person wrongs you seven times a day and each time turns again and asks forgiveness, you must forgive.”

Text – We are right with God because he forgave us on the grounds of our faith in the blood of Jesus. Not because we did something so good God had to forgive us. We are forgiven for every (what we may term) little sin and every great sin. God forgave us because of Jesus, not because of something we did. Since God forgave us and received us into his family, when we were sinners, how much more should we forgive others who do things against us. Forgiveness is not easy, it cost God the death of his son to forgive us. Forgiveness is a choice that we must make. We must choose to forgive others who did or said things that offended us. Forgiveness may be a process sometimes, but when we purpose in our heart to forgive and consistently cry out for God’s grace to help us, we will eventually arrive to complete freedom in our soul. Unforgiveness affects us more than the individual. Forgiveness binds us to that offense and we cannot move forward until we get this dark area of unforgiveness out of our soul. Forgiveness is not holding the fault against the person anymore. We must free them to free ourselves.

Prayer – Father, help me to forgive everyone that I hold unforgiveness against, in my soul. I desire to forgive everyone, as you forgive me. Father, I acknowledge it is not easy to forgive when I am deeply hurt and offended, but by the grace of God and the help of your Holy Spirit I forgive ________________. I free them from the offense they did against me. I will never meditate on this again. When the thought comes to my mind about this offense, I will not entertain it. I will say I forgive them as God forgives me. Thank you Father for forgiving me and giving me the grace to forgive others.

Day 12 – Walk in Love

Scripture Meditation:
1 John 4:7-8; 4:16 nlt
Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. 8 But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love… We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in his love. God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them.

Romans 12:9; 13:8,10
Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. Owe nothing to anyone—except for your obligation to love one another. If you love your neighbor, you will fulfill the requirements of God’s law.

John 13:35
Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.”

Text: The most powerful force in the universe is love. God is love and we are born again from a seed of love. Love is our new spirit nature. We have the ability to love in a way that the world cannot comprehend. Sure, our old flesh nature will try to make us act out of love, but we must purpose to love everyone as we are instructed to in the word. It is easy to love someone when they are easy to get along with, always agreeable, and never rub us the wrong way, but we must love those who persecute us, are envious of us, and may do things to hurt us. We must pray for them and love them. The word says we must master evil with kindness and it will be as if we are heaping fires of coal on the haters. We are loved by God and we will love one another as God loves everyone.

Prayer – Father, you are love and I am born of your love. Many times I get angry and lose control and do something, or say something because of this emotional anger. I am tempted sometimes to be jealous and envious of others. Sometimes I am critical and I judge the actions of others, not their intention. Sometimes I have a pity party because it seems like you are blessing others more than me. Father, I don’t want to compete, be envious, critical, judgmental, easily provoked, and easily offended and anyone especially the members of the body of Christ. Father, I pray your love increase in my life in what I do and what I say to my family, church family, and co-workers. I pray by the power of the Holy Ghost, I walk in love with everyone so that everyone will know I am your disciple.

Day 11 – Walking in The Light

Scripture Meditation:
1 John 1:5, 7 NLT
This is the message we heard from Jesus and now declare to you: God is light, and there is no darkness in him at all.

Ephesians 5:8-9 NLT
For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light! 9 For this light within you produces only what is good and right and true.

Text – Our heavenly Father is light. Light is the only thing in our limited means of expression that we can come close to His brilliance and glory. There is no darkness in God at all. The word of God calls all evil, ungodliness, and unrighteousness: darkness. The demonic forces are called rulers of darkness of this world system. There is a major distinction between our God, who is all light, and the forces of evil, who are all dark. As children of God we must walk in the light of God’s word, led by Holy Spirit. If we walk out of the light, we must quickly repent and get back under the glorious light of our heavenly Father. In the light is: safety, protection, deliverance, peace, joy, fellowship, and provision.

Prayer – Father, you are all light. I am a child of light there is no darkness in me as there is no darkness in you. I purpose to walk in obedience to your word. By doing this, I will always walk in your glorious light. Help me to recognize the enemy and not to give place to the dark lies of the enemy. Thank you for your marvelous light of life.

Day 10 – Putting On The New

Scripture Meditation:

2 Corinthians 5:17 This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!

Colossians 3:9 – 10 Don’t lie to each other, for you have stripped off your old sinful nature and all its wicked deeds. 10 Put on your new nature, and be renewed as you learn to know your Creator and become like him.

Text– Hallelujah! We are saved! We are born again! We are a new creation created in righteousness and true Holiness. The old sin nature in our spirit is gone. We are new spirit creations. Something dynamic happen in our spirit when we receive Jesus as our savior. We are new in our spirits, but we must let the new Christ nature in us, be our lifestyle. We put off old clothes then we put on new clothes. The new clothes in the kingdom is the outward display in our daily lives of the inner work the Holy Ghost did the moment we were saved. People cannot see your spirit, but they can see your actions. We want our actions to prove we are New Creations in Christ. Let’s put on the new clothes of our new Christ nature for everyone to see! Hallelujah!

Day 9 – Putting Off the Old

Scripture Meditation:

Ephesians 4:22 KJV That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts…

Hebrews 12:1 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.

Text – When we dress we don’t put clean clothes over dirty clothes, we take the old clothes off first. This is a great analogy of how we must function in the Kingdom. We must put off our old behaviors just as we put off old dirty clothes. No one would get dressed up in their Sunday’s best without first taking off old clothes. God has given us his best, Jesus Christ. When we received him as our Savior something amazing took place within our hearts, but we must put off the old behavior. The old sins that weigh us down stops us from successfully running our Christian race; we are in the race to win. We want to finish the race with joy by putting off our old sinful past behaviour.

Prayer – Father, I purpose to put off my old ungodly behavior and to lay aside the sin that has always held me back. Today is a new beginning for me. I will not make excuses for my ungodly behavior and sins I constantly commit. I acknowledge them and repent. I ask you to forgive me and give me the strength to stand in this new place and never turn back to that old Behavior. Thank you for forgiving me and empowering me to stand, in Jesus name!

Day 8 – Being Transformed

Scripture Meditation:
Romans 12:2
Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.

2 Corinthians 3:18
So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image.

Ephesians 4:23
Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes.

Text – The word transformed is from the Greek word “metamorphoo.” It means to change into another form; to transform; to transfigure. When we are born again, our spirit man is changed instantly. We can say we are born again by the word and by the Spirit of God. Therefore, we have the DNA of God, our heavenly Father, in our Spirit. The new birth doesn’t automatically change our appearance and most of the time we still have the same physical desires we had prior to being born again. After the New Birth we must begin the process of transformation in how we think, speak, and act. Our goal is to become more and more like Christ Jesus. This is done through constantly reading, meditating, and acting on the word. We must not be satisfied with behavior that is like individuals who are lost under the control of the God of this world. We must desire to be transformed; fasting and praying is necessary to mix with your daily diet of the word.

Prayer – I thank you Father for saving me. I know there are areas in my life that I need to change. My heartfelt desire is to be like Jesus Christ. Father, I need your grace to help me in this time of need. As I pray and fast, help me, with the power of your Holy Spirit, to change more and more everyday. I desire to be like Jesus in my thinking, speaking, and acting.

Day 7- A Godly Mindset

Scripture Meditation:
2 Corinthians 7:1
Because we have these promises, dear friends, let us cleanse ourselves from everything that can defile our body or spirit. And let us work toward complete holiness because we fear God.

Philippians 4:8
And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.

Hebrews 10:22
Let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ’s blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been washed with pure water.

Romans 1:8
Let me say first that I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith in him is being talked about all over the world.

Text- There are things that we did if given the opportunity we would change it. Sometimes we say if I could do that over I would do it different. Our past sins, mistakes, bad decisions or a door the enemy will use to make you feel condemned. Thank God for the precious blood of Jesus Christ. When we receive Jesus Christ is our Lord and savior, God doesn’t hold our past sins, mistakes, and bad decisions against us. God doesn’t condemn us he forgives us and he enjoys spending quality time talking with us in prayer. We must get a new mental attitude about our relationship with God. We must consistently flood our minds with New Covenant truths concerning what Jesus did for us, who we are in Christ, and what we have as Heirs of God. We are forgiven not condemned. Let this be your mindset as a New Covenant believer.

Prayer – Father, I thank you for your mercy. When I received Jesus Christ as my savior you forgave me of all the sins of the past and you do not condemn me when I missed the mark now. Help me to develop a Godly mindset based on your word about myself and others. Help me to think Godly thoughts, to speak Godly words, and to live a Godly life.

Day 6 – To Know God’s Will

Note – We set our goals based on the direction we sense God is giving us. Journalize what you perceive God is telling you during the 40 days. You will get a clear direction then set goals and a strategy to accomplish them.

Scripture Meditation –
Proverbs 3:5 – 6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.

Colossians 1:9
So we have not stopped praying for you since we first heard about you. We ask God to give you complete knowledge of his will and to give you spiritual wisdom and understanding.

Hebrews 10:7
Then I said, ‘Look, I have come to do your will, O God— as is written about me in the Scriptures.’”

John 6:38
For I have come down from heaven to do the will of God who sent me, not to do my own will.

Prayer – Father, I pray for you to give me perfect knowledge of your will for my life at this time… knowledge of your will for my family, employment, career, finances, church, and my Ministry assignment. Knowing and doing your will is what I desire. You said I should get you involved in my life before I make decisions. I purpose to do this during this time my church family and I have set aside to pray and fast and seek your face. Thank you for having an amazing plan for my life and I am confident you will make it clear to me and give me the grace to do it.

Day 5 – Living by His Word

Scripture Meditation:
Matthew 4:4

But Jesus told him, “No! The Scriptures say, ‘People do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”

James 1:21-22
So get rid of all the filth and evil in your lives, and humbly accept the word God has planted in your hearts, for it has the power to save your souls. But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves.

Psalm 119:36- 40
Give me an eagerness for your laws rather than a love for money! Turn my eyes from worthless things, and give me life through your word. Reassure me of your promise, made to those who fear you. Help me abandon my shameful ways; for your regulations are good. I long to obey your commandments! Renew my life with your goodness.

Jeremiah 15:16
When I discovered your words, I devoured them. They are my joy and my heart’s delight, for I bear your name, O Lord God of Heaven’s Armies.

Text– We must feed our physical bodies a healthy diet of foods that will help them function at maximum performance. We are what we eat. If we feed our physical bodies junk foods, that are not life producing, our bodies will eventually begin to malfunction. Our spirit man needs a healthy diet of God’s word and our soul needs the rest that we get by meditating on the word, to function at peak Performance. We must live healthy lives physically and spiritually to receive God’s best.

Prayer – Father, I thank you for your word. It is necessary that I have a consistent diet of your word. Your word is my delight. I delight in knowing and doing your word. Your word gives me instructions for me to live the winning life in Christ Jesus. I pray that you help me to apply the word in every area of my life even when it requires me to change. Father, I commit to being a doer of the word and with the help of Holy Spirit, I will be successful.

Day 4 – Understanding the Ministry of Holy Spirit

Scripture Meditation(s)

John 14:16-17
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate,[a] who will never leave you. 17 He is the Holy Spirit, who leads into all truth. The world cannot receive him, because it isn’t looking for him and doesn’t recognize him. But you know him, because he lives with you now and later will be in you.

John 16:13 – 15
When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own but will tell you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future. 14 He will bring me glory by telling you whatever he receives from me. 15 All that belongs to the Father is mine; this is why I said, ‘The Spirit will tell you whatever he receives from me.’

1 Corinthians 2:12
And we have received God’s Spirit (not the world’s spirit), so we can know the wonderful things God has freely given us.

Romans 8:26-27

And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don’t know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words. 27 And the Father who knows all hearts knows what the Spirit is saying, for the Spirit pleads for us believers in harmony with God’s own will.

Text – Jesus was God manifested in humanity. Jesus was all God and He was all man. In His ministry on Earth He operated as a man anointed with Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit enabled Him to do the supernatural Works He did on behalf of God. Before Jesus ascended back to the Father, He instructed His disciples concerning the ministry of the Holy Spirit for them and through them for others. The Holy Spirit is our helper, teacher, counselor, revealer of Truth, and our guide. We need Holy Spirit as Jesus did to be successful.

Prayer– Father, I thank you for Holy Spirit. Help me to know Him and understand His ministry to me and for the ministry assignment you have given me. I pray the Holy Spirit leads me, guides me, show me things to come, and reveal the precious blessings Jesus purchased for me, to me. I pray the Holy Spirit thinks through my mind, speaks through my lips, and help me to pray more perfectly.

Day 3 – Thirsting for God

Scripture Meditation(s):
John 4: 13-14 NLT Jesus replied, “Anyone who drinks this water will soon become thirsty again. 14 But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life.”

Psalm 63:1 NLT O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you; my whole body longs for you in this parched and weary land where there is no water.

Matthew 5:6 God blesses those who hunger and thirst for justice, for they will be satisfied.

Text – When we are thirsting in our physical bodies only water can really satisfied or quench our thirst. I believe this is how it is in the spirit realm. When we are spiritually thirsty, only God can really satisfy our thirst. Sometimes we can try to satisfy this thirst with a substitute, but nothing but the Living Water of Life from God’s spirit and His word will satisfy the longing in our hearts for the Living God.

Prayer – for my heart desire is for you, nothing can satisfy my inner man but you. Help me to have a deeper hunger and desire for you every dy. Help me to always prioritize my time with you. Help me not to get too busy to Fellowship with you through prayer, meditation, and reading your word. You said if I hunger and thirst after the things of God, I will be satisfied. I thank you for satisfying my thirsty hungry soul with your presence.

Daily Prayer Agenda:
  1. Pray for three people (family members, friends, co-workers) for 40 days.
  2. Pray for a wave of God’s glory, truth, love, mercy, and repentance in our church, the Golden Triangle, Southeast Texas, and our nation.
  3. Pray for your personal direction, needs, and desires

Day 2- Drawing Closer to God

Scripture meditation – James 4:8 lb And when you draw close to God, God will draw close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and let your hearts be filled with God alone to make them pure and true to him.

The heart desire of every believer is a close intimate fellowship with God. In the old covenant, the priest was Required to cleanse themselves daily with the water of the laver from all that defiled them that would prevent them from going into the presence of God. In the New Covenant, we have sins of Omission (things we don’t do but are instructed to do) and Commission (things we do that we are instructed not to do) that we must repent of to have perfect fellowship with our holy Heavenly Father.

Prayer– Father, I desire a close intimate fellowship with you. I repent of the sins I have committed. I ask you to forgive me and to help me to overcome the sins that I have not mastered in my life.

Daily Prayer Agenda:
  1. Pray for three people (family members, friends, co-workers) for 40 days.
  2. Pray for a wave of God’s glory, truth, love, mercy, and repentance in our church, the Golden Triangle, Southeast Texas, and our nation.
  3. Pray for your personal direction, needs, and des, res

Day 1 – Knowing God

Scripture Meditation – John 17:3 not And not is the way to have eternal life—to know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, the one you sent to earth.

Prayer is communicating with God from your heart. We have big issues and small issues in our lives. God wants us to invite Him to get involved in solving our issues. Sometimes we may not be sure if God hears and answers our prayers. The main reason for this uncertainty is we do not know God. We can hear about God from others, but to have confidence in God we must grow in knowing Him personally.

Prayer – God, I desire to know you personally and intimately. I read eternal life is the result of knowing you and Jesus Christ. I asked you to help me to know you personally.
