2018 Daniel Fast
Our desire is to develop a lifestyle of healthy eating. We want to progressively move from the old Lifestyle to a new Lifestyle. This will be a process. We have fasted before, but this is with a life long PURPOSE.
Now that we are on the countdown to completing the cleansing phase of our 40 Day fast, you may begin to introduce the following foods into your diet, begining Tuesday, January 9th:
Notes & Exceptions:
- You may drink 1 cup of coffee or green tea per day
- You may use Raw Agave as a sweetener
- You may eat meat a maximum of 2 times per week
- Any Bread eaten must be sprouted
